I came in to pick up my camera from a loan. The guy who claims to be the manager with the beard, was very condescending. When I didn’t understand the loan and why he charged me an extra $20 he got very frustrated and snappy with me. I explained to him that I could see he was getting upset and he got even more angry. When asked to sign the loan paper I first took a picture of it and he, as well as his coworker, laughed at me. I wonder if I were a white person would I have been treated the same. I asked for his corporate number and he stated that there isn’t one. This place lacks customer service and terrible at advising there customers of simple infractions that could cause an extra charge. I hope he reads this because I will do my due diligence to find who is truly in charge of this place and speak with them.

Great store! The People are very cool, and helpful. It is by far my favorite pawn shop in the metro. I don't pawn just layaway and purchase.. and on that point these guys are the best! Prices and service. They are the only place I've consistently pulled the trigger! It's rare for me to leave them empty handed. Not to mention I've been visiting that building for 40years or more!

This place never takes what I've brought them, power tools, lawn mowers, kitchen appliances. Good luck getting them to take it. Go to 23rd Street Pawn or better yet Cash America

They do have interesting things. they seem to have sporting goods and hobbies and just off-the-wall stuff and jewelry of course but not really any tools. And a majorly try and rip you off I brought in a few tools that were good tools that no other pawn shop would have refused. But they seemed really interested in my overly large tackle box full of premier lures and jigs most of which have not even touched the water any supply you would ever need to go fishing by yourself bass fishing they wanted to give me $10 there's got to be at least $500 worth of lures and tackle in there it was obscene it was insulting really all I wanted was a loan and they were trying to chase me over and. I understand his normal clientele and he seemed like he we didn't expect me to say oh yeah no thanks and walk out

I went in recently with my gas weed trimmer to pawn it for at least $50 to $100. There was a guy behind me in line with his gas weed trimmer too. A woman (overweight with long black/gray hair) took one look at me and asked a male employee what he thought of my gas weed trimmer. He told her it wasn't worth much. Really? They offered $15. They never checked to see if it runs and is filled with a mixture of gas/oil. I told them I'm not pawning it for less than $50 to $100. The woman won't do a deal with me to pawn it for $50 because I'm a woman who probably didn't know one thing about power tools. I own power tools and use them all my life. When I left, the guy behind me walked outside with the woman to test the trimmer. Seriously? He's a guy, and he gets to pawn it for more than $15? I'm a woman? I get $15? And my trimmer's not even checked? This place gave me a negative experience. Rude and unfriendly staff. Not helpful and cooperative. They had a lot of junk that seemed overpriced for what they're worth. I could get a lot more somewhere else. I suggest going to Cash America where they have better items to sell and are willing to work something out with you.

People leaving reviews here sure are crazy! If you bought something, Blu-Ray players, video games, lawn equipment, junk Dewalt/Ridgid/Milwaukee drills, anything these days for $500 or less it’s made in China! No matter what it is! It’s not worth $5 after you have purchased it. Not sure how the general public cannot comprehend that! Obviously you people are not in the resell business. Anyways, I have purchased multiple new firearms here and have had a great experience! The firearms selection is not good but their 10 month layaway is the best in town! The only way to do it when purchasing multiple firearms. I will see you guys soon!

This is the worst pawn shop I've ever been to she didn't even look up the stuff I had about $300 worth of items and she didn't even get on her computer and she said I'll give you $25. I said you didn't even look it up. And then she replied I don't have to it's brand new in the box LOL. I don't know how they even keep business with a mentality like that

I brought them 10k and 14k jewelry of mine. I no longer wear and a broken bracelet. My total weight 51.43 grams. They offered me $190 and that is less than what the broken bracelet alone cost in scrap gold price. What a joke, rude as I'll get out and told me "everyone's an expert". Can't believe how unpleasant and a total waste of my life that I can't get back. Do yourself a huge favor and don't bother even giving that place a second thought. Nobody deserves to be taken or treated like they chose to treat me.

The have high interest rates !!!!! They will charge you $2.00 extra to get your things back without the ticket Not a big selection of anything really Basic pawn shop items.

The lady that worked there wasn't very friendly and very rude about why she couldn't take my vintage 18k gold 17 jewels men's watch...and claimed my bracelet which i have papers on that's never been worn...was a fake without taking time ti even test it. Another place took both giving me more than i expected. This place has really gone down hill this oast 6 months. Sadly

They have a lot of very interesting things here! We enjoyed looking around for the better part of an hour one day.....bought some things and left. Came back another day with some old jewelry just to see if we had anything worth scrapping out. We honestly weren sure just thought we would come by and see. The clerk looked at everything we had and pulled a couple of items he wanted to have his manager (I assume...older lady kinda rude) look at for clarification. She glanced in our direction, said "not silver" and walked away. I really liked the store, the clerk, and our experience up to that point. It interesting how 2 seconds of rudeness and utter dismissal can lose you a customer. Go to Cash America Pawn on Noland.....Nicer store.....Nicer people......better prices!
