I have had a title loan from here for a while now. I went to the store in person to make a payment in CASH several times because I didnt have a card I could use to pay on line. I live 45 min to an hour away from this location, so its definitely out of my way to drive there. But several times, I went during their business hours and they were closed, so unable to make a payment. I called left a message, and when they returned my call, they said to pay online. Well you cant pay cash online! So I ended up using the money for other bills. I had a couple rough months at work due to Covid, got behind on payments. Now they have filed with recovery people to pick up my car. I went to their location again a week or so ago, and their sign was flashing OPEN, but went to the door and there was a written sign, that said they werent taking payments to go online to make a payment and they would re open Monday at 10am. This was a Friday, so they were supposed to be open Saturday, but werent. Now in order to PAY OFF a loan, the last payment had to be in person! So, working same hours they do, I couldnt make it back there to pay it off with interest and late fees still accruing. I called 3 times last Friday to get the payoff amount and no answer, no return calls, still LATE FEES AND INTEREST ACCRUING!! SO I CANT FIND OUT HOW MUCH I OWE, CANT PAY IN PERSON CAUSE THEY ARE NEVER OPEN AND WORK SAME HOURS THEY DO, AND STILL HAVE TO WORRY BOUT MY CAR BEING PICKED UP, WHILE LATE FEES STILL ACCRUING! REDICULOUS!!
