I brought some diamond rings in. Not just diamond. Rings but a 1dcwt that was almost flawless to the point they first said it was fake. With two other rings that I knew what the value was they offered me 650 dollars. The next morning I went to another store and got a very fair offer of 4000 dollars. These people are crooks and. Don't. Even come close to a fair offer.

Had an amazing interaction with Bradley, I was very impressed by his knowledge and appreciated his willingness to help, I seldom go to pawn shops as I have little experience but will definitely be coming back here!

We came in to sell a gun and possibly purchase a new one. Although we didn't end up purchasing the offer on our gun was more than fair and their prices were solid as well. I will return to shop again in the future.

Terrible! I called in ahead of time and asked if they buy/sell monitors, they asked me for the model, I gave them the model number, they looked it up and said "come in, and we'll take a look at it". I drive down, get in and the boss tells me "we don't take 'just monitors'". Brand new item, in the box, unused, with all the cables, never powered on. Great, thanks for wasting my time.

Prices are asinine, they don’t even give you good deals nor will they take offers. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

The people who work there are always very nice. They stay busy for sure. They have a ton of tools for cheap so look there before you buy new and save some money. They also have a very nice collection of pretty gold and silver rings with diamonds and other gemstones ranging in price. They had 60 percent off silver jewelry today!

The offers they give you are criminal. Good luck getting a good offer for you items, that's if they even take it. Brought in multiple items (TVs, power tools, etc) they either turned away because they didn't want it or didn't have the room. Good luck. You're better off taking it to 23rd Street Pawn, Alpha Pawn, or Cash America

They will not honor a store credit gift card. They claim they have some issues.
