The staff at Alpha Pawn are friendly and extremely helpful. They will go above and beyond within limits of the law for short your term loans. I also bought several items from them to include my laptop. It was cheaper and nicer than anywhere else. They are my go to shop when I am looking for specific items. Recommend you go there first!

Would not take my phone because it comes from an EBB as in emergency broadcast benefit from the government, needed to be through T-Mobile or Sprint. That’s discrimination, absolutely no other pawnshop ever given me an issue with it. Have pawned it 4 times, it’s an iPhone XR, absolutely no issues.

I have purchased several items from this pawn shop and quite frankly I have been to many pawn shops around town and the other pawnshops didn't even have the same comparable items for sale,really no reason to waste your time shopping around because right now alpha has in stock a huge selection of firearms from basic to high end,power tools ,electronics jewelry ,you name it alpha has it best selection ive personally seen and highest quality , and lowest prices, also certain items come to you brand new in the box . You're not going to find a friendlier more helpful and professional staff, really there is not a bad thing I can say about this place they'll work with you never a long line/wait super quick process check them out!

Place is a joke. Dont take your gold there. Even if its real they will tell u that its not. They lie & say they use 8kt acid. There is no such thing as 8kt acid to test gold with. And if they do offer anything , it will be the lowest offer that you would get out of all pawn shops thoughout this state. It should be illeagal for how much money they rip people off for everyday.

Thr Independence store is my favorite pawn shop in the area. Very clean, organized, friendly staff and great deals. Jeff is very professional and personable. He doesn't leave you feeling like he just cares about the money, he cares bout the benefit for customers and well. Highly recommend!

I just recently moved and was looking for some stuff to get, and a friend mentioned to come to alpha pawn. I went to see what you guys had, just browsing mainly. While looking at laptops and TVs I started talking to Amanda bout pricing and told her how reasonable you guys are on pricing and that I’ll be back to get stuff on payday! She told me you guys offer layaway on items also! I liked how patient she was with me! Will definitely be back!

For a pawnshop you really can't get a better selection with this type of pricing. (Whether it be pawning or buying) The customer service is superb. They are respectful, courteous (help you bring things to your car) and super efficient. I have bought many items from them as well as pawned things in a matter of minutes. I am currently using a laptop I bought from them 2 years ago that is yet to have a single problem. Highly recommend.

I had an awesome experience here!!!! The manager gave me his trust that I’ll come pick back up my gun, to get the loan that I wanted. Because I’n the last people have just left their property just sitting there! So he went out on a limb to get me the loan that I wanted! And I appreciate him for that! I can’t remember what his name was! But it was a taller guy with glasses!! This is a very professional and well organized pawn shop!! I give it 5 stars!!

While not a gun store, they have a decent selection. Prices on most seems to be on par. Friendly staff and 6 months layaway.
