I CALLED YESTERDAY AND SPOKE WITH REP CHRISTOPHER. I EXPLAINED THAT I RECEIVED A FRAUD ALERT AND HE EXPLAINED THE POLICY TO GET A NEW CARD. I INFORMED HIM THAT I NEED THAT CARD TO PAY MY BILLS AND RENT FOR THE 1ST, AND I KNOW IT TAKES A WEEK FOR IT TO ARRIVE... HE SAID WAIT AND HE WILL TRY TO GET IT EARLIER FOR ME... FEDEX CAME THE NEXT DAY AND GAVE ME MY NEW CARD... CHRISTOPHER - YOU GAVE ME HOPE AND DID'T LET ME DOWN.. THANK YOU SO MUCH CHRISTOPHER AND MAY YOU BE BLESSED FOR LIFE..

Every single time I go withdrawal money it doesn't work at the ATM. In last minute cash purchases I need MY DAMN MONEY

They are advertising a hero’s loan program that states any credit accepted. So I applied to this seemingly great program offering a really low interest rate. But the fine print that is not listed is that you still need to qualify under the banks regular credit terms to get the loan. Which means if you have bad credit or anything derogatory at all you will not get the loan. This results in an unnecessary pull on your credit and if it’s already damaged then your score takes another hit. I wasted my time gathering all the required information to put in for the program. I was assured that I wouldn’t have a problem getting this done. How can you recover from bad credit if the banks use old history to say you are not worthy of a second chance. Everyone experiences some type of hardships at one time or another. But even if you make your payments on time after you get back on your feet, that doesn’t matter. Well done the false advertising and false hope on making my financial situation better for myself and my family when I’m the only one working to support them during the pandemic while they are all out of work on a furlough with no pay.

I had sold a vehicle to a member of the Credit Union. Space Coast Credit Union required me to drive from St Petersburg- to Deland (150 miles and 2 hours, 15 minuets drive). They issued me a Cashiers Check that my bank will still place a hold. The good news was that for for my inconvenience, the Branch Manager Demetrius Christian, allowed me to cash it at the branch and walk out with cash. Thank you Space Coast Team !!!

Horrible and rude employees. Berated me for not wearing a mask and as I was leaving stated he was going to call the police. Inmates run the asylum, complete craziness.

Had to find a new bank years ago and this has been the BEST BANKING experience ever. Would highly recommend!!
