    I am a very new customer and my experience has been top notch. Branch Manager- Suzette Riley really exemplifies GREAT Customer service. Ms. Riley took the time to explain everything and calls me if something is awry. I wish the stars went up to 10.

    I would like to commend Brian Flores for going above and beyond to assist me with procuring an auto loan for a used car for my daughter. His customer service was outstanding! We need more courteous and professional people like him!

    There seemed to be fraud on my account. I was not informed nor called just my ATM was inactive. It’s was Friday and we are under stay at home orders and I have no way to get cash, food or purchase gas for my car, WOW!! Never had issues like this when it was MCEFCU. To make matters worse I was told it take 5-7 business day’s. Only to find out that’s its 7-10 days. Not good!!
