The bank's online system works poorly. Yesterday, I tried and failed to make an automatic payment. I called the Service Center and they helped process the payment. But, I logged in today only to discover the payment was made TWICE. Ugh! Sandy Spring Bank falls short again. My advice, use another bank.

Walked in with three children, 7 months, 3 yrs and 6 years to make a deposit, and the teller Jason Vellon sent me to the back of the line because I didn't have a deposit ticket.

Not my usual Sandy spring location. The other is easily 5 stars (Bethesda). This one is staffed by lazy, unfriendly bankers that seem to hate their job and take it out on patrons.
