Truist Georgia Ave, Silver Spring

As of Feb 18 this location is closed and the ATMs are deactivated. Pretty surprising and inconvenient for folks who haven’t swung by recently

Severely understaffed. 8 people waiting in teller line for over 10 min without moving. Zero urgency.

Only two staff people to handle business such as opening accounts.. Had to wait a long time and the banker who assisted me became very defensive when she couldn't answer questions about the account that I was opening. Not sure how this place stays in business compared to the larger banks in the area such as Wells Fargo.

The worst bank branch i have ever seen unprofessional stuff

Not sure if they're understaffed or what, but a bank line should not be eight people deep with it not moving an inch in the ten minutes you're standing there.

This location is closed with a FOR SALE sign on the front. No longer operating as far as I can tell.

Unbelievably incompetent. I tried to arrange a simple wire transfer. The desk teller screwed it up the first time so I had to go in again. Then it took her half an hour and several more screwups before getting it right (I hope). Suntrust in general is staffed by nitwits so I shouldn't be surprised.

Honestly I would recommend this place too no one I went in cause I needed too cash my check and they had me wait for 10 minutes just too tell me they cannot

Walked into bank where there was only one Teller with a line of 8?waiting customers, one other Teller finally came to help man in wheelchair they spoke with him, he left and came back and allowed him to skip the line, no one ever said thank you for your patience, there was no since of urgency terrible customer service or bank should provide more Tellers☹️
