The bank is conveniently located near my job. However, it’s is currently under construction and very disorganized. During the lunch rush (12pm-2pm) they have ONE teller. The line snakes out of the assigned lane. While there are other representatives GREETING customers. Please get behind the counter and stop playing with my time! I often grapple with keeping my account open with BOA because the customer service is so inconsistent and there’s no real reward for remaining a customer. Please do better because the BOA’s in the Downtown Silver Spring area have long lines and practice inefficiency on a daily basis. **Updated 11/8/19 Please close this branch** it takes two people to do one job. The tellers are EXTREMELY slow and cannot accommodate customers in an adequate time frame**

I had a horrible experience at this branch. Hooman Hatezi need to be demoted and trained in basic customer service. I noticed that he was showing preferential treatment to two girls that appeared to be of Middle Eastern decent. Equality and inclusion should really be at the forefront of Bank of America. This branch needs to be evaluated on product knowledge, expertise, customer service, and equality compliance ( to ensure that race and age based discrimination isn't a regular part of the service).

Very bad customer service. The two tellers that was there on Saturday morning are the worst tellers I have ever seen. They talk about and laugh at the customers they are serving. Specially, one of them called Jordan has a very bad attitude. I addressed the issue with the manager before I left. May be more customer service training is needed to these two. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I had a positive experience at this BOA branch, thanks to the Customer Service representatives. They were friendly and helpful when I had to make changes to my account. I visited on a Wednesday afternoon; my wait was brief and the representative had me out of there in a reasonable amount of time.

Extremely long wait times for minor banking needs. Terrible customer service. I would urge the regional managers to invest some time in this banking location, they need serious development.

It is true the people here need better training: more efficient, more customer-oriented, especially the customer service manager--not sure if she is really the manger, a short and fat Spanish woman. Jordan called her manager. It seems she is not interested in assisting customers. she will tell you wait there and she walked away. There are a lot of decent people on the job market not sure why this place keep people like that.

Only two out of seven booths were being manned while a line of half a dozen clients waited. Staff was clearly poorly trained and ill prepared to service our needs. One of the members of the staff, Mr Nguyen, engaged in a argument with an elderly gentleman that was waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, in very unprofessional way. After a quick inquiry I discovered that Mr. Nguyen was the manager of the branch. It was a displeasure to come to this branch.

The standard of customer service at this branch needs to be seriously looked at. I got the most horrible service from the teller named Jordan .At least somebody should tell her to respect and treat the bank customers the right way instead of laughing at them . NO CUSTOMER NO SALARY ....BETTER REMEMBER THAT BEFORE TEASING YOUR CUSTOMER WITH YOUR CO-WORKER .

They have an electrical cable wire hanging right at the entrance head level. I told an employee and he says “yeah I know” and walks away. I just left there. How do I post a photo of it? This branch is the worst.
