Rudest experience I’ve had in a long time. Got a mailer, thought about it, did some number crunching, and consolidating some loans/Credit Cards made sense so I put in a loan application. I then get a message that underwriter has reviewed and to give them a call when avail. Spoke to someone and they told me Credit needed to be at X for a loan but I could pay a monthly payment over 4 years and I’d be debt free….I clarified if there was any options for loans - I had an idea of what I wanted to do and as long as it made sense I would go for it - this is where this person started laughing and cutting me off telling me my credit score was too low and it wouldn’t be an option that I was stuck with this other product offering. I told him I wasn’t interested and why and he continued to laugh and be rude - I said thanks for your time and ended the call. I’ll be able to manage and get out of my situation - I have no problem budgeting however lower monthly payment made sense - so to be treated this way - was despicable and rude. Don’t do business with this company - they’re rude and were using phishing/fraud scheme tactics - stay away!

I received a mailer saying I had been prequalified for a loan for up to $29000.00! It's BS. In fact, I believe this company doesn't even loan for debt consolidation. They most likely only deal with debt settlement. That is a long process. Not to mention the representative I spoke with ended the call abruptly as he seemed perturbed that I declined the debt settlement plan. If my situation was that dire, Chapter 11 would be a more viable and quicker option; thankfully not necessary in my case. Public beware!

I decide not to use them and had them contact me a few times and was after I already heard from them saying I qualified for a few loans. I got a letter in the mail after the fact of not choosing to be with them saying I didn't make enough and that they denied me for the loans in which I actually denied them. So I better not see any credit report with it showing anything about me not making enough.
