Simple Mortgage is the perfect name for this company. They made buying my first home very easy and explained everything in easy to understand terms. I had tried working with other lenders, and they were not helpful, my only regret was not calling Simple Mortgage first!

Very clean nice people. I was extremely happy with the way they worked hard to get me a mortgage. I even sent my family there to get their mortgage. They made it really easy on me and I was able to complete a lot of the paper work with out going in and taking time off of work.

Rebecca was so amazing, working around the clock to get me the best rates possible and helped me to close in record time. She was the perfect choice to help me through buying my first home!

Jason Pytlak at Simple Mortgage is simply outstanding in his field. A rare breed that knows the in's and out's of his industry and performs at the highest level with every customer. I am an owner/operator of a CPA firm and Jason is my exclusive referral to my clients. You may find someone as good, but you will not find better.

Terrible experience, no returned calls, or emails. False information given. They show a zero sense of urgency to complete the loan. They go way past contract deadlines with no response to emails or phone calls. Don’t trust simple mortgage to do an adequate job, because they won’t.

Horrible place to deal with. Signed a pmi disclosure that said at 80% pmi would go away. Company they sold our mortgage to would not drop it at 80. Simple mortgage then said they would refinance us at no cost to get away from them. And agreed to pay pmi payments until process was done. Received closing documents days before closing and found fees. Was told I would have to pay title fees again. So much for no cost. They also didn't pay the pmi for the 3 months like they said they would. When I spoke with the president I was told they did us a favor by getting us away from the mortgage company they gave our loan to in the first place! Bottom line is they didn't stand behind anything they said they would do. Be careful if you deal with them.

Not simple. Not simple at all. I dont have time to write about everything, but RUN away from them. They wasted a month of my time and constantly lied to me. I wish I could give them zero stars.

It wasn’t pretty but they got the job done. Communication was lacking. Initial closing cost estimates were way off. I would not go back.
