Tyler Johnson is the absolute best loan specialist there is. I made a horrible mistake with my account I was up all night thinking I lost my money and all it took was 1 phone call to him and he fixed everything. If you are in need of a loan call and request Tyler and you will be in the hands of the best loan specialist OneMain Financial has to offer.

I mainly work with Tyler, and if you can I highly highly recommend him. He knows his stuff and he does everything he can to help. Overall One Main has been extremely wonderful. The interest rates are higher but that's for obvious reason. They are there when you need them when everyone else has been a let down.

I called and was transferred to a customer service person. We discussed my needs and she said she would call back by 2pm. 2pm came and went, no call. I called and got another CSP, who said to call in the morning and she will take care of me. I called, was told I have to wait for original CSP to return to work, which is Friday, its Tuesday at moment.

Derrick helped me fly through the process with amazing hands on service. He demonstrated his extensive knowledge and people skills at every encounter. I am so grateful for the approval I received.

I had an awesome experience with OMF. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I had to drive back & forth to the office (which is not in the safest area) a few times. I feel like this is 100% something that could’ve been done completely remote. This would’ve been the perfect experience if I did not have to take a day off work to go into the OMF office to deal with the paperwork and sit in there for almost 3 hrs. Hopefully the powers that be will decide to make this a completely remote process or move the office eventually to a safer location!
