Very friendly staff. I am not a member, just there to cash a 2 party check. Didn't make me wait, didn't pressure me to open account didn't charge me a fee like b of a and Wells Fargo do. I might open an account at this branch.

Poor customer service, they use a color coded tier system, which is a form of discrimination because it judges you by how much money you have in your accounts?! They don't explain anything properly and are rude when they they have to. Take your money elsewhere! This bank is Trash!

I was lucky to get a great rate on a car loan I refinanced with them so I could pay it off much faster than a bank. Customer serve is great and not too busy. Better rates better service than a bank overall.

Takes up to 5 days to process my paychecks and the tellers are usually unhelpful.....

Ill informed individuals I called in to dispute a transaction and was told to call back when it actually posted. The transaction was on my wifes card who I share the account with, which they cancelled. I called back and the call was forwarded to 3rd party company that asked me another 20 questions (after providing social security# etc). Long story short after 20 min of phone calls they tell me my wife must call in even though I am the head of the account etc. Side note.I could not withdraw money in Brazil (was assured that card would work). Unorganized company!!! Update: I've only had problems when I call in, the tellers are very nice and professional. I don't expect anything extra just clear communication. The 800# customer service people have a tendency to talk down\over customers. Not satisfied at all. We most likely will be switching banks.

The most annoying thing about this bank is that virtually every transaction on the debit card gets flagged by their fraud department. Going to make a purchase on line? not so fast you have to call the bank first and tell them it's not fraud before you do it- then you have a 50/50 chance it might go through. Also very slow at bank transfers out, and marginal at updating actual balance in the account.

Nefarious business practices: Deposited my rent to landlord's account and get a call five days later from landlord why I didn't pay the rent. I told him that I paid on the first. SCCU stated they didn't have it and unless I come up with the deposit receipt, I would need to pay the rent again. Fortunately I found the receipt! SAVE your deposit receipts because your deposit may not get posted which will be blamed on you. This actually happened again when I made the rent deposit at the SCCU in Auburn and of course I had the receipt! TriCounties wouldn't tell me who cashed the check :(

The tellers both over the phone and in person are both extremely competent and unreasonably friendly.

Great bank! Low fees and amazing service.
