The lady that worked there behind the counter was awesome. She had the most outright respect for me she was willing to wait for me to go get cash and set up a new bank account with the new NetSpend.com bank even tho they were close to closing. This Advance America is simply put "a little piece of Grass Valley". Taking the loan out was a breeze as I was a prior customer but still it had been years. The ladies were very pleasant. When my loan came due I called to make sure that I could just let it process Shane began to look into it as customers were coming in and she was clearly busy but kindly said she would take care of me. There was some issue with the corporate office deducting the money but Shane assured me she would follow up. The outcome is still pending but all the ladies I have dealt with have been nothing short of delightful., thank you for you wonderful customer service!!
