I have always been helped with a smile. Melissa is an awesome person. She is very courteous and knowledgeable.

I just had a horrible experience there. Lady by the name of Destiny was so rude. I was in a great mood, asked how her day was and simpily tried to engage in some type of communication. Destiny was short with me, and very rude. She took my check and told me to sit down because the check needed to be verified. Thats never happened before. I sat there for over 10 min and asked her what was going on and Destiny, passive aggressivly said, Your Check..... Needs.. To... Be... Verified. Ive seen some miserable people and miserable myself but I dont direct that miserable attitude towards other people, especially a customer. I ended up asking for my check back and cashed it at Safeway for $9 cheaper. I recommend that lady Destiny find a job that doesnt allow her interaction with people. Worst miserable attitude ever. I never write reviews but this was how upset she made me. Even tempted to call their corperate number.

Melissa is really turning the store around. Even with covid going on she keeps a smile and greets everyone and unlike some other places even with social distancing she aknowledges people waiting outside that's a big plus these days

Melissa went above and beyond any experience I've had at a check cashing store. We had a concern which technically had nothing to do with the business that she voluntarily assisted with. She showed genuine concern with what our dilemma was and promptly got back to us with help

they refuse to tell me over the phone if they cash tax return checks or not they said to come drive over there and see if they do or dont. Thats a waste of gas and my time just for them to tell me no they dont. Bad customer service to not just tell me yes they cash tax returns or no they dont.

I've been going here for a while now and always loved how positive all the employees and managers were. Lately the new manager Destiny makes me not want to go there anymore. Worst customer service ever. So rude won't even say hi or you are welcome or anything. She should not be working there.

Always quick, always professional, Jackelyn is my favorite shes so nice and professional quick and to the point she gets you in and out.

This place has helped me so many times. I really like the staff, very cool people like Faith. Pick this place first if you have your choice.
