I usually don't take the time to leave reviews, because in today's world a good majority of employees/ business owners just don't provide good customer service, but on the contrary with Michalle Matthew's at the grass valley location of check into cash on Freeman lane. She is always so upbeat and helpful and accommodating to my needs when I'm trying to cash my pay check on my lunch. I wish more places had the amazing customer service Michalle provides! Thank you so much.

The beautiful soul that works there is easily one of the most optimistic people that chooses to work in an environment that can be at times stressfull when dealing with people and finances. She has an easy friendliness to talk with, she keeps the place clean and organized and is as efficient as her computer allows. She has definitely created her own system to make the process as quick and effortless as possible. Thank you

Every time I go into Check Into Cash (Grass Valley), both Melissa and Michelle are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure I get the best customer service ever.

Today 6/23/2018 @ 1:30pm just went to the check into cash here in grass valley after working in lake wildwood for 3 hours. The lovey lady we worked for paid me by personal check and left the pay to spot for me to fill in and my silly self didn't do so before trying to get it cashed there because I did not think it mattered. This *()/$=7×■effing b word says it has to be filled so long story short had it signed and this person says the Ink doesn't match so she can't. I have no f-ing respect for "check into cash" and will advise all the people of earth to avoid them at all costs.

I went to check into cash because a bank would only cash one local small check they charged ten dollars ,the other two out of state tax returns would not cash. I was kicking rocks know what I mean! Walked in greeted right away by a friendly lady, asked if she could cash my checks she looked them over said she would have to call her boss to make sure to charge appropriately and verify, and between Michalle Mathews and her boss they not only cashed both checks but saved me money, cost less for both much larger checks together than what bank charged. Michalle also got me diled up with a visa card with all the bells, she made the visit so easy and fun no stress very fast, felt like a good friend was helping me. She's amazing .I would definitely recommend check into cash at 722 Freeman Lane gv ca a most excellent transaction. Oh also Got a cool pen! Thanks Michalle your a PRO.
