Check Into Cash Auburn Blvd, Citrus Heights

I have been coming to Check into Cash for well over a year now and almost all my experiences have been with Ann. She is awesome! Very personable, friendly and most importantly professional! She has always made my experience a delightful one. She makes sure to call and remind you of your payments, and waits til monday if your out of town or working and dont make it in to the store to pay. I even moved this last year and still drive all the way to the citrus heights store because Ann makes it worth it! If you want great service, Go see Ann at the Citrus Heights Check into Cash!!

It was very easy and fast approval. Anne is a whiz of a multi tasker, handling phones customers as well as 2 of us in store and I never felt I was being pushed aside. She handled us all fast and courtiously. Great job Check into Cash. The right stagf makes all the difference when it comes to customer satisfaction.

Came in on a Friday expecting a line and short tempered clerks.. Was met with the exact opposite from Ann! Super professional and made the experience as easy as it possibly could have been! Will definitely be back.... if needed!

The staff are always pleasant and informative, and the office is clean. I appreciate that Check Into Cash is there when I've been in need. Ann is amazing!

I just want to say how wonderful the new manager is! Alison is fast and very friendly! I love the customer service she provides when I come in. She is so kind and treats me like I’m a friend. I used to dread coming in because of the last manager. Alison makes everything so comfortable. Thank you Alison!!

Worst experience ever! The older lady working seemed bothered to have to type our information into the computer. And basically told us "no" before even inputting any data from our very organized information. She didn't even talk about possible options that were available . I understand that people have bad days but it definitely did not help their business. We walked out. She should not be in the business of helping others.

The store is clean safe the staff is understanding Rebecca is hands down the best she has told me everything I need to know about the lending business any time I get any bs from any other place I know to walk away and know they don't want to do there job Rebecca is tv's best. The staff is as well
