Appraiser didn't show up for appointment and got no phone call or email. Appraiser went on vacation and ServiceLink didn't bother to call or email or reschedule so I had to call to figure out what happened. Very unprofessional company.

Mearl Martin handled my loan closing. I'm female, and the home and paperwork are solely in my name. Mearl only called my husband to confirm signing time and location. When Mearl arrived, my husband asked why, and his response was, "oh, I never call the women, I only call the men. The women don't know what's going on; the men make the decisions". Somehow Mearl has missed the last 100 years.

Horrible experience. The appraiser left saying he would have problems finding comps. I thought that was funny since there are only 3 models in my neighborhood. I guess when they send you from so far away you would have issues. One of my friends homes ended up on the list. He had a laugh at my expense when I told him his house was “superior” to mine. I have way more upgrades and 8,000 more sf on my lot. Stay away from this company at all costs. And I mean costs. They will cost you more due to their sub-standard evaluation.

This has to be The WORST Title /Escrow I've worked with in 10 years. REO's love them because they're cheap but you definitely get what you pay for. Just to even call you'll get hung up on at l;east twice before getting thru to an operator. Then you're lucky is the escrow officer gives you correct information. One day they say you're closing, the next Sarah will say OOPS, not released to closed. Worst experience ever.

Worst appraisal experience ever. Their appraiser was from 100+ miles away, and completely inexperienced. The company appears to be run by software alone.

Trying to get a hold of any of their agents is painful. They just don’t respond. Not very bright there either. Send notary and check/paperwork to secondary residence when nobody lives there. All paperwork said mailing address is primary residence, but my check gets sent to the secondary residence. On the phone for half an hour now. Every minute a voice asks you “Are you still there?” Not just annoying, straight out insulting while being asked to wait that long.

Debbie was so helpful when we had an emergency and were not home to sign. She made a trip back the same day so our paperwork wouldn’t have to be redone. She saved us from delaying our signing by a week. Thanks Debbie!

Service Link did an excellent job during this pandemic! They were quick in response and turn over times. Annamarie was particularly helpful. Easy to get in touch with and had an answer for every one of my questions. I'd highly recommend this company! Thank you Katie and Annamarie for a job well done!

Escrow received earnest money 2/28. Prelim and fees requested 3/10, then again 3/18, then on 3/20 we were told "this is a new file, so once we get prelim we'll send it along." Borrower loses $100 per day for a late closing, we are already one day late and still don't have anything from this company to move forward. Beware of using them.

I'm a realtor and this their closing was the worst experience I have ever had closing on a property. They couldn't get documents out on time, couldn't get hold of anyone and the fees are outrageous.
