Very rude....... they consistently call my husband even though I have asked for me to be main contact. Their response was if you would answer I wouldn't have to call him, however there was NO incoming calls from them on my phone.. they state I'm in collection's. I am 12 days late on 1 payment. When I stated please don't contact him he just had a heart attack she said then make your payment. I told her I am working on it and I will get it in within the week. She was even more rude. I don't understand how something that is 12 days late can already be in collection's. A " sorry to hear about your husband, when do you think you will be able to get in a pmt" would have been a much better response.

This is the worst finance company I’ve ever dealt with. They made mistake and when I make payments online, they apparently used the incorrect acct #, I ended up having credit on my bank acct more than 1k, when I called and ask why is there credit on my acct, oh we had 2 accts set up for you? It didn’t make any sense at all, than weeks later and called me that I’m 86 days past due? Wth? Yeah it’s because you credit my acct when you weren’t supposed too, plus I had to end up paying these late fees. These people don’t even know what they’re doing, how to their job correctly. The ridiculous $8.95 fee to pay online but you cannot view your acct online, plus rude customer service. Save your self time and the headache and finance elsewhere.

Worst company I've dealt with. They are charging me for insurance that I already have. My broker has sent several copies and they keep on saying the haven't received anything. You call customer service and they hang up on you. Stay away from this company. Instead of MAS financial they should be called B's financial.

If I can give them 0 I would. I have supplied Dec page 3x and they continue to try and extort money from me for "insurance" even though I have been covered since day 1. Anyone looking for a class action, let me know. This can't be legal.

I would give this zero stars if I could. There is an $8.95 charge for online payments on their site. There is no account access to know how much you owe on your account. They consistently charge you late fees without notifying you therefore putting you more behind without knowing. If you're even the slightest bit late on your account they will proceed to call you every day multiple times a day. They will have multiple reps contact you via email but not communicate between themselves leading to repetitive emails. They refuse to put any agreements in writing big red flag there. their representatives are rude over the phone. DONT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY they will nickle and dime you.

I am financing my car with this company and these reviews confirm how unprofessional, and nervy MAS Financial runs their company. I can confess I am usually behind on payments but I see there is no difference wether Im an outstanding customer or not. The proof is in the pudding how rude & not a lick of helpful the reps are. You are not in these people best interest. They could care less about your personal issue, the car being in bad condition or anything else that follows. RUUUUUNNN! If this is your only option for car financing, TAKE THE BUS. These people are the absolute WORST. Shady lenders who deal with Shady dealerships. You are better off riding a bike. Don't be fooled they are doing you no favors with insane intrest rates and unbelievable customer service. Save your money 💰. Don't let these predators thrive in robbing struggling people.

I have had a loan with MAS financial services since June 2020. I’ve made all my payments on time and haven’t had any problem with them. I haven’t even had to talk to anyone on the phone except when I first got the loan. I assume this is how it will continue to work till I pay it off and get the pink slip. Just pay your bill when u say ur gonna pay your bill and there’s not going to be any of these harassing phone calls and text messages, I bet. I can’t speak to the professionalism of the employees that work in the office I haven’t been there, haven’t had to. The only thing that I hate about these guys so far is every time u pay your bill a fee is added on, every method of payment has a fee of at least $4.99 and up, which is bullshit!

Bottom line the worst customer service and I wish I could give half a star. They accost you once you return their calls. WARNING TO ALL FIRST TIME BUYERS. They have fees for phone payments and online payments are $8.95 added on top of interest they already collect. That's $107 a year to make an online payments, which is probably what they charge as a convenience fee not to speak with their unprofessional staff. I have asked for names and been transferred mid sentence. Dear Management, you need to retrain or completely rehire your staff. I did my research and refinanced and lowered my finance rate 14% down that's 2,000 in savings with a better credit union with NO fees and helpful financial advisers. Trust me, there is better out there so keep looking!

Never missed a payment and had two late fees, I got a full statement and the numbers don’t make sense. They added more into the total balance I owe. My payments increases so did my interest and I been sending payment to the date as agreed when I signed paper work. I highly recommend waiting instead of getting financed here. Please save your money and trouble, the workers here are useless at helping and moan whenever you ask for clarification. They need to higher Agents who are educated enough to be able to explain work related questions. FYI don’t expect them to help you out during the pandemic like other bigger companies, they’ll just say “everyone is struggle what do you want us to do”.

I have sent you a payment history so you can review it and if there is a discrepancy you can notify me because our records do not show that you have only been past due twice in the duration of the loan it is substantially more than that, but once again if there is a missing payment we will check our records. Part of the problem is that you have not been sending in your regular monthly payments you shorted last months. If you need assistance we can assist you with a deferment to get you current. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. This company deserves less then 1 star. Worse finance company I ever dealt with. They have been contacting me for the past week saying I haven’t paid my monthly instalment which has been paid for and I have the receipt, I give them the receipt number and they say oh I don’t have auto insurance. My insurance company and I have sent the paper work 4 times to them. Supervisor is just as clueless, been waiting for him to call me back from His direct line for 20 minutes now. Girls are extremely rude, and hang up on you when you start telling them off. Unfortunately I never chose this company the car yard did. Can’t wait until I don’t have to deal with them ever again.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They refuse to put anything in writing, refuse to tell you what your balance is and are quick to threaten you with repossession. I have several ignored emails from them but yet they keep sending me the same auto email contact us or we will repossess. How about answering a simple question like what is my outstanding balance?? We all need to collectively report them to the business bureaus. What they’re doing is wrong.

I would actually want to leave,no stars. They are down right theives. Every woman that has ever answered a phone for their customers is: rude, disrespectful, impatient, antagonizing, childish, ignorant, lacking, inept, sassy, challenging, agitated, aggressive, and Unprofessional. They will also harass you on a payment that isn't late.I have received over 15 reminder phonecalls before the due date. Excessive phone calls throughout my work day. I wasn't ignoring them. They would have each agent in the office call. When I would ask them for account information. That person would respond I'm not the one on your account. I can't give you that information. And a plethora of other uncalled for, unprofessional actions committed by MAS Financial. P. S MAS Financial I noticed that you have the audacity to respond to these reviews with more harassment and disinformation. While MAS Financial is overcharging and bullying its customers. So, please respond to me with diligence. You deserve a class action lawsuit.

This is the absolute worst financial institution. They will refuse to provide information on your vehicle to assist you in facilitating a sale. I lost out the first go around because MAS refused to provide me with all the details I needed on a 10-day loan payoff in order to sell the vehicle. I feel they are making it difficult as I am taking advantage of the used car inflated market and making a (LEGAL) pretty return on their vehicle. To further my suspicion. When I first asked for the 10-day loan pay off there was almost $2000 lopped on top of the loan for no reason. When they were confronted about it they tried to say it was for insurance for ONE MONTH, even though I was insured. They quickly removed it, and it was a few other attempts before I got an actual Pay off Loan document on a company letterhead that wasnt some copy and paste txt document, or a screenshot. Even then it didnt have the daily interest rate on it, so All-in-all the offer for the sale expired and I missed out.... Guess what? Got another sale lined up as we speak and am going through the same thing.... Please, if you have to forsight, do not do business with this company... look at the reviews, look at their ratings.. If it comes down to not getting the car you want or doing business with this company I PROMISE you'll be happier without the car..... Frankly, let the dealership know why they lost the sale too.... Let them know its because they do business with a shady company like MAS.

Worst place and people Ever! I never miss a payment and last month I did a deferred payment and today I get a call saying I owe 43$ in late fees.Hm I had a zero balance last month and made this months payment 3days later then my due date .due on the 14 payed on the 17th .Every other week they’re calling saying they don’t see I have insurance but I have always had full coverage and they have been harassing me over that and then have the nerve to say they have not been calling me .These people are liars and thieves.It’s truly sad ,and they act as if it’s their personal money

I am a first customer and was told I’d get a welcome packet for my payments. I haven’t received it, I’ve called constantly for days and now my car payment is going to be late. I just recently called in to tell them I was going to be late making the payment this month for I have the virus! Representative asked me if I can give the money to someone else? Really if i am in self quarantine! Then I was told I am still going to have to pay the $14.95 in late fee. Seriously? And several other issues i with this company but this one took the cake...no compassion for their clients nor they health and yes they are very unprofessional, rude with no class. Worst finance company I've ever dealt with.

I would highly suggest finding another loan company than these guys. I second all the one rated star reviews below. From paying more than what the loan was for to extra surcharges that don't add up even as they explain to u. These guys don't refinance and are even more quick to charge u over a late day even in this pandemic. I'm glad my loan is payed in full and no longer have to deal with there practices. Trust me u can find better and if not don't use them as a lender.
I suggest that if you cannot pay your payment on time you contact the finance company next time to see if they can assist you with a deferment or a due date change that way you don't have to pay extra fees . I guarantee you that any finance company will charge you extra interest or late fees if you don't pay on time.
