Everyone from WFG was extremely helpful and on point every step of the way. Fast responses, timely follow ups and detailed breakdown of the entire process every step of the way. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother transaction. Extremely friendly and easy to work with as well. Very grateful and fortunate to work with them. Would highly recommend!

We had a few hiccups while working with WFG but thankfully they were worked out quickly and without much stress. Other than that things went smoothly and I am thankful for their hard work in getting my paperwork processed and taken care of.

Recently had a transaction with this company. Slow moving to say the least. Received a phone call on a Friday that they had my proceed check. Went to their offices on Monday to pick it up. The senior escrow representative handling my loan acted like he didn't know who I was. I had left him a message earlier that morning stating that I would be there to pick up the check. When he came out to the office lobby he looked blindly at me. I told him, "I left you a voicemail this morning." He said, "You did?" "I didn't get it." Then I proceeded to show him my cell phone, "Is this your number?" He looked at my phone, "Yes. Hmmm . . . I didn't see the message light on my phone." He went in the back and went to where they kept the UPS overnight envelopes and thumbed through a stack of about 8 overnight envelopes and found mine. He opened the envelope and gave me my check. This was on Monday. The escrow funded the Friday before. Four payments were to be paid from the escrow. I was told that those four payments went out on the Friday the loan closed. The payments were mailed to the P.O. Box. A week has passed the four payments have not been received to the accounts. I sent an email to the senior escrow representation handling my loan and asked when the four payments were sent out and how they were sent out? He told me the payments were mailed out on Friday by U.S. mail but I believe the truth is they were mailed out after Friday (in the following week). My proceed check was in the UPS stack on Monday. Why didn't it go out on Friday when the loan was funded if that is when the four payments were sent out? It appears that WFG National Title Company holds on to your funds. The prompt execution of your funds being processed efficiently does not seem to be their top priority. I am now going on day 10 of my four payments to yet be received. When I inquired with the senior escrow representative as to the payments, he provided me with copies of the 4 checks and told me they were mailed out Friday. How is it possible that it takes 7 days to process payments? We are in the year 2016. The mail is not going by Pony Express. He eluded to the fact that it's the mail. Placing blame on the postal service. If the payments were indeed sent out on Friday. The payments would have posted by the following Thursday. They did not. Be aware that this company drags their feet. It is a slow process. And it doesn't hurt to constantly follow up with them. They are not going out of their way to accommodate you.

The agents in this organization engage in a highly unethical, high pressure sales conduct that does not adequately address costs. They will also attempt to convince you that you are a business owner and using your personal connections to leverage your products. They want your money. Do not trust these people!

Still amazes me that someone can be hired and keep a job without being able read or comprehend emails and simple instructions. In this instance the instructions were clear on where to send the settlement check. Yet somehow the check was sent to a different address, where the it sat for a couple of weeks before finally finding the proper home. There are many places that can do these services - why this one remains in business is anyone's guess.

I have been in the industry for over 22 years and I have such a peace when I get to work with WFG Title & Escrow Company. They are fast, efficient, friendly, great communication and they know what they are doing! They follow through on the entire transaction. I highly recommend them!! The ladies at WFG are INCREDIBLE!

I purchased a property and WFG did the closing and did not do a good job. I am still waiting for the Deed to be put in my name and it has been 3 months waiting. I have contacted WFG by E-mail and left many messages. No one has helped me. I would not recommend them at all.

I closed a transaction not only during the Holidays but while I was out of the Country, Josephine Chavira took care of everything. I have yet to ask her for something she hasn't already handled prior to my inquiry. I am so pleased to have joined this team. Great job! and thank you TeamLanggle
