I wanted to refinance so badly. My then interest rate of 23 percent and my monthly payments were very high to meet each month. I was quite skeptical to call NALN when I received an offer from them to refinance my vehicle. I hesitated for 2 months, finally I worked up the courage to call. I was turned over to a very pleasant and efficient young lady by the name of Shelby. She was so patient, attentive and informative. She told me what was required of me for her to work with to ensure hat I get the best possible outcome ever with the refinance. It was a success. The process was smooth and quick. I am so pleased with my new interest rate of 4.1 percent and low monthly payments, it's like a dream. As a result I am able to manage my finances much better than before. This was my first time ever refinancing a car, so I had no idea what to expect when I applied on some random site to see what I might be able to qualify for. Immediately I was overwhelmed with emails and letters from multiple lenders and loan network companies and decided I would wait until a later date. When I received the letter from NALN, I was pleasantly surprised to see the comparison of what they could do for me right next to my current loan stats. What really sold me on applying with them though, was the fact that they had put the CEO's business card in with the letter and also stated that if my representative was unreachable - to contact him directly. Already, I see that as great customer service - so I gave it a shot and have absolutely no regrets. I worked with Shelby throughout the entire process and I have to say that this might have been some of the best customer service I have ever received. The process was easy, quick and convenient. I was given multiple forms of contact including a text message number, which made things so much easier when sending out my documents. If you are looking to refinance, I couldn't recommend going through NALN enough. Thank you Shelby, Marco & Team!

I have 51 payments on my current auto loan. After speaking with a representative I was told they would be able to lower my payment by 35$ and I would be able to keep the same amount of payments. I agreed, and then they approved me for the refinance loan. They sent me the paperwork in an email and upon closer inspection I saw that they in fact were charging me only 30$ less per month and were extending the amount of payments which means that I would have longer to pay off the loan. I would only be saving around 600$ total throughout the length of the loan term. Had I not carefully read the agreement I would have been tricked into something that I did not agree to and had not been discussed. When I questioned the guy about the number of months and the payments being slightly higher, he kept giving me the run-a-round like the typical shady car salesmen do. So I decided not to go with the loan because it was not what I was originally promised and now I have a lower credit score because they did a hard credit inquiry. Very frustrating and not worth the headache. They tell you what you want to hear and once you agree, they do the opposite and cause your credit score to go down. Not professional. If you promise something you need to deliver, not switch things around and try to trick people.

I'll be honest, at first, I was skeptical of NALN because I have never heard of them. The only reason, I reached out to them was because they would mail me how I can refinance my vehicle. So I decided to give them a call and was the best decision I made for 2022. I wanted to thank William Kelly-Jones for helping me refinance my vehicle. He made the process so easy that I can't wait to refinance my vehicle again in six months.

I received notice of full funding of my refinancing through NALN, then notice of the loop check sent to my prior lender, all within 8 or 9 days and with a lower interest rate. Stunning! My experience was awesome, I wanted to refinance my auto loan for 2 reasons and that was a lower interest rate and monthly payment. My experience w/NALN was positive, Sergio was great! However, the company my loan was sold to, NOT SO MUCH! I’ve attempted to contact to pay my car payment via their website and am unable to get through the registration process. On Friday 4/15 I stayed on hold for an hour and 12 minutes finally left a message and haven’t received a call back. NALN HELP!

I was stressed about refinancing my vehicle usually the phone representative are very difficult and rude but Sergio V. Made this experience a great one! Scoring me great benefits and lowering my cars interest by 10% I couldn’t be more grateful! The experience at the start was OK. Good communication, easy to get the application process and get the refinance started. Even getting the refinance documents all signed was super easy. But now 20 business days after the payoff check was cashed, I can’t get any information on where it was sent, a tracking number, or anything from NALN because my current auto loan lender has no record of the check. All representatives that we’re helping me don’t return calls or text messages any longer. So now I have two auto loans under my name and one isn’t paid off and extremely frustrated with the whole situation. Update 5/18/22 after contacting my current auto loan, NALN sent the check but failed to include the auto loan account number or the full vin on the payoff check causing delays. Finally after posting a review I got a contact from NALN but they blamed Chase on applying the funds to the wrong account, however Chase did not acknowledge this is what happened, only that the payoff check failed to include vital information for a smooth payoff process. Update 5/20/22 yesterday I received a call from NALN Michelle. She called to see what was going on and take action. She called my current lender with me on the line and seemed to get farther than I ever could on my own with Chase auto not paying off my account in a timely manner. The vehicle is still not paid off, however after reviewing Chase auto loans reviews on google, my issue seems to be solely Chases fault, so avoid chase for auto loans as they seem to lose payoff checks on the regular! Overall NALN was able to knock my interest rate in half, were easy to work with at the start, I don’t think it was all their fault on whatever happened with the payoff and mostly Chase Autos fault but the payoff check definitely could had used either my full Chase auto account number or full VIN and maybe would have reduced the length of time to get this done, and a little more responsive customer service when things did go slow beyond the expected timeframe. So between the process of being a 5 star at first, dropping to a 1 star experience but giving them the benefit of the doubt because I should have never had to reach back out to them if Chase would have just done their job but they did eventually get some communication going and the rest of the problem now resides with Chase…

This was my very first time that I refinanced and auto loan, and Andy Shef has really been a joy to have had as an agent he went out of his way to always keep me informed and updated. He made the whole refinance process very quick and painless. He always acted very courteous and professional and he never lost his patient with me when the pay off was a little show in getting to Ford Credit and all the questions I asked. Update: 3/22/2022 My wife who referred me has yet to receive her referral $100 gas gift card since I've refinanced my vehicle. My first payment to my new lender was in January of this year. Can't say we aren't disappointed for not receiving what was promised by NALN and staff. No one has responded to us regarding it via email, text or call. I must say that my experience with Shawna V. at NALN has been a pleasant one. She made everything easy to understand and the process as seamless as possible. She answered all of my questions and any concerns I may have had. I am thankful she was assigned to me to help me refinance my vehicle. Chris lett was a big let down as far as I was concerned. Every time that he would contact me, He would instruct me to wait by the phone for him to call me back. But he wouldn’t call me. Then when I ask him about his call, he would blame it on someone else. It was. someone else that wouldn’t call me back. They are mailing ADVERTISEMENTS to people who don't have loan repayment plans through them that read "Official business. Statement enclosed. Final attempt to notify." Again, these are advertisements. This is their advertising tactic, scaring people with a false threat of financial harm, to fear monger people into transferring their loans to them. Profiting off of distress and fear is what passes as appropriate advertising in the eyes of this company. Screw every person who designed or approved this fear mongering bull as "advertising" and may you quickly get everything karma has in store for you.

There were about 3 different people who contacted me throughout my refinance process through text messages and emails, wasn’t bad just got annoying with who to contact to be able to answer questions. They were able to lower my APR by 10% and get my payments down by $80 which was nice but the process took a few months and my credit took a huge hit from it which sucks because it went from 674 to 558 because of the slow process of paperwork and contacting my previous loan provider. They are super nice people they just take awhile to get their paperwork done.

I had rec'd many offers from obscure little companies offering me "great" deals on car refinancing, but I wasn't comfortable with any of them. Then I rec'd a letter from National Auto Loan Network that appeared professional rather than just a marketing ploy. They seemed legitimate with good reviews, so I requested more information. My first contact was Shawn Jenkins, a very knowledgeable young person who answered all my questions coherently & did some research for me so we could tell whether this would be a good fit or not. (He also laughed at my jokes, lol.) NALN was able to lower my car payment by $150 a month, & lower my interest rate, even with my less-than-optimal credit history. Shawn steered me through the application process, kept in touch with phone calls & emails throughout the entire time, & has been great about answering my questions & keeping me posted as to the progress of the refinancing. Now I am waiting for my previous lien holder to receive the payoff & close my account. Today, I was introduced to Edwin Galicia, another very nice young person, who will be my contact with NALN from now on. Edwin verified the information that Shawn had given me, & made me feel very comfortable with the status of my refinancing process, which NALN has streamlined so that everything can be done easily from my laptop. The only time I had to leave the house was for notary services & sending signed documents back with UPS. Shawn & Edwin are knowledgeable, professional, & capable young people who have made this an easy transaction. I do recommend NALN if you need to look into refinancing your vehicle for any reason, & encourage you to ask for Shawn or Edwin.

NALN did an excellent job! They were able to refinance my loan, drop my interest rates and even added extra protection to my vehicle. I will say, the extra protection added extra money to my principal balance, but it's a decision I'm okay with base off my own personal situation. You may want reject the extra protection, so your principal balance won't rise, but that's up to you and your own personal situation. Other then that, I am very happy with my decision to switch to NALN 😌🙌🏼

I recently bought a new car. Like most people I was in a hurry and allowed the dealership push the loan through the financing company associated with the company who produces the car. Unlike most people, I knew I could get a lower rate that would lower my monthly payment and save me thousands. After football season ended I went online and spent five minutes filling out their online application and the next day I received a call from a very professional yet very friendly lady, Jamie Lutz. Jamie walked me through the rest of the process and then walked my loan through their.system and called me later the same day with the approval and the specifics of my loan along with the forms I needed to down load and overnight back. They even accepted pictures of some of them.and paid for the overnight delivery. All in all I cannot thank Jamie enough for all she did to allow my experience to be a smooth pleasant one.

The first time I worked with a refinanced my auto loan with NALN was amazing. So, I decided to go with them again when refinancing for a second time. This second time has been absolutely disappointing and the worst service I have ever had. At first they were very helpful. My loan was approved and I have yet to heat from anyone from the company that approved my loan. My payment is due soon and no one will get a hold of me. I have tried called 3 people who work at NALN and they do not return my phone calls or help. The fact that they would do business with a company that can't contact their customers about a monthly payment is a huge reflection on them. I would never recommend anyone to use this company (NALN) and I will never consider them in the future.

NALN is a fantastic company to do business with. Honestly, I'm not sure how Derek Tool hung in there and completed the job with me. There are so many dishonest people and companies out there looking to harm us and take advantage of us, that I remained a skeptic every step of the way. I was really surprised to find THEY ARE HONEST, AND TRULY TRYING TO HELP PEOPLE WHO WERE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF IN THE PAST. Only reason I’m giving 3⭐️ Is because YES a they got our interest rate lowered BUT everything thing else … a big 👎🏽 Very unprofessional between calling AND texting and email. But luckily that’s how I caught them trying to stick an EXTRA 1,300 of unnecessary fees in there. NO we DO NOT NEED GAP insurance $800 and really “anti theft” for $499???! So yes I confronted Leon had to to legally tell me yes it’s an added fee that they make money off!! So yes going after those with not perfect credit scores (we got ours way up since the but from carvana. Then our registration was expiring at the END of April. They bugged me texted me several times a week about getting it done. The government doesn’t give me money for paying it early so , I’ll get it done right before it’s due! Very nasty attitude from Angela about it, did WE know you needed it paid earlier, NO! You really don’t know how to deal with people! I am diligent and that’s why I caught every little discrepancy with this company . I’m glad we refinanced but we will never use them again and never refer them to anyone we know!!

If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. They messed up my credit for no reason because they sent me a text saying that I was approved and now I can not get a hold of the person in charge of my application. This place is a SCAM. Do NOT attempt to use their phony services. They do not reply to any of your emails or calls. Unreliable and unprofessional. Whatever papers you get in the mail should be considered JUNK MAIL. Just toss them in the garbage and save yourself the headache.

They done a good job refinancing my 17 Jeep but the Financial if they paid off Ally I think it’s part of the GMAC they won’t don’t want to give me credit for national has been very good trying to help me but Ally financial is very hard to deal with
