I have been a realtor since 1989. I have worked with different Title companies in Oklahoma as well as Texas. I have to say Select Title is the best. Priscilla and her staff are so professional, knowledgeable and always on top of the game. Number 1 in my book!

Worst experience ever. I would give it 0 stars if I was able to. We had the worst experience with Michelle Bratcher. We closed on our home last year and it was a painful process. She doesn’t know simple real estate rules and messed up with our names on the FBCAD website. Even though my husband and I own the property jointly, FBCAD doesn’t show both our names. When we made her aware, she said that once we file homestead with 2 names, the website will fix this issue. No advice was provided to us as new home owners or guidance as to what should we do as joint home owners. As of now, it’s been over 1.5 years and today we find out that it is not possible to have the names fixed unless we go through an attorney to have a new deed written up. Their staff (someone by name of Suzan) also doesn’t know what she is talking about on the phone. Highly unprofessional. Stay away and use another company if you don’t want headache during and after the closing process.

Select Title gives superior Customer Service ,.making sure your questions and needs are met; if additional information is needed and they have to get back with you, the call is returned in a timely manner. They are both friendly and professional....I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a title company. Definitely a great staff to work with!

Select Title is a fantastic company. They take care of the details, have good communication thru out the process and are professional in every way. I own a few rentals in Katy, so I’ve dealt with many Title Companies. They are top notch. Thank you Priscilla!!

I would have given 5 stars, as I had excellent service throughout my whole transaction earlier this year. This team is phenomenal in making the closing process easy, and I truly enjoyed working with them. Until the end. The woman who does the funding left a bad taste in my mouth. I understand if you're busy, and I know I'm not your only customer, but when I call and ask about the funding so I can get my proceeds, I DO NOT expect rudeness. I was perfectly polite and this woman clearly was annoyed that I was calling for her, she was rude and snappy and didnt even give me any answers. Just said she will call when its funded and I didnt have to keep calling..I will forever recommend this office for your closing needs but for the love of god try to avoid the funder if you can. Yikes. Ps. My closer was Michelle Bratcher, and every conversation we had made me feel like I was a friend and not just a customer. 5 stars for her and the gentleman that helps her.
