Do not do business at this location. It has been 3 weeks since I paid off the the loan and they are still not able to locate my title. When I asked for it they gave me the run around. The ladies that work here do not seem to be knowledgeable about the company that they work for. Telling me one thing and then contradicting themselves. This is how they treat their “ preferred customers”.

Went in and met with Darlene today. Came in with a Tennessee title but vehicle previously registered in Texas. She stated it would be a easy process because they are currently working with a private office. Long as I could get a receipt they could seal the deal SAME DAY! Impressive! She was very nice and professional, even quoted me for a personal loan as I requested in addition to giving me a head on range of what my loan would be before the paid receipt. To sum things up she threw in a $50 bonus besides the loan! Great service and conversation from staff!
