Jose was very helpful and courteous. He took the time to explain the difference & benefits of of each of the different loans available to help me decide what would work best for me. I would feel comfortable sending anyone to him if they found them selves in a financial bind to help get them out.

Just wanted to drop a quick review to let y’all know that if you’re thinking about getting a title loan, go to THIS location! Trust me, I’ve gone to other locations and they’re not the same. This place has outstanding customer service. They treat you like family the second you walk in the door. They never fail to deliver. And they go above and beyond to take care of any problems you may have. Did I mention they’re fast also? I highly recommend you ask for Jose Rico who took care of me this last time. Very professional and got me what I wanted. And of course, if you can’t see him, ask for the lovely Ms. Berlin who is so sweet and will keep you laughing. She’s a beast at her job too. Really, all the employees here are great. The place just has good energy. Like I said, I’m a repeat customer at this location. So they must be doing something right!
