LILY, the store manager was very rude and uncooperative. She basically rushed me off the phone and was rude as soon as she answered. She is unaware of the DMV rules and regulations. She couldn’t seem to grasp what I was trying to tell her. Having many years of experience in the title industry I am aware what the procedures are. I WOULD NOT recommend anybody to do business at this location. Maybe a change of management or retraining of this individual is warranted.
