My experience with the general manager Cindy was splendid. She was kind, informative and showed great customer service. I was happily satisfied throughout the process with her.

When in doubt Give Lydia at this title Max a shout..... This was an amazing after work experience. I scheduled an appointment the morning of for afterwork. I was using the online application and that went all sorts of wrong ways. So I kept my appointment at the Title Max at the seven thousand block of hwy and I'm so glad I did. Lydia was the highlight of my evening. Sh was quick positive promt and hilarious. We laugh d as if we've known each other for years. And she assisted me with more than I could have even asked for. She saved my day my night and my move which is coming soon. Thank you Lydia and Title Max for providing a wonderful experience and great customer care.

When I went to title max, there was only two ladies attending ALL of the clients at once, including paying attention to the others which was me and another client sitting waiting to be attended. They were multitasking incredibly smooth! I did not have to wait that long to be attended. In just 15 minutes I was already out the door with my loan. Very nice ladies, always on their A game! Their names are Cindy and Veronica.

Cindy is WONDERFUL! She got my stuff done in no time and explained everything and allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to insure that I understood everything! Place is a friendly environment and they are willing to help.

This is the best places to get a title loan from. Cindy Gonzalez work on my loan and when I tell you that she will keep you laughing for dear life. I went in there to get a loan for about $600.00 because other loan places said that they could not give me more than 500 because I had an older car but Cindy got me a lot more than I expected and she also gave me an unexpected $50.00 check for referring someone.to them. All I can say is THANK YOU SO MUCH CINDY!!!

The Best Title office in Houston. They are always ready to help you when you need them. Yesterday I approached the TitleMax on Hwy 6, 15 minutes before the store closed and was hoping to get approved for a personal loan. After a long day at work I was happy to get help from a representative named Cindy. She was so welcoming and professional. I truly couldn't be more grateful for her help. She went above an beyond on her job duties. She waited till 8pm for me to get the loan and was so calm and collected while going through the approval process. She kept us engaged in amazing conversations while she did all the work. I felt like I had been knowing her for many years. I was sent to this location after I put in my request at another location so I could get the amount I needed for my goals. I knew it would be a great experience when I was getting a phone call from this location (Hwy 6-77083) just as I was walking in and Cindy was doing a follow up to be sure I was coming in to complete the process. BONUS POINTS... I was uneasy about putting a loan on y car since I worked so hard to pay it off but I at ease with the process. I am more than pleased and was welcomed with great energy.

The representative never explained that I’d be spending almost an extra 1,000,00 for the title loan. $500 for them to finance the loan and if you need an extension ANOTHER $500.00. Total rip-off and ridiculous fee for renewing your loan. Obviously an attempt to collect outrageous fees or take the vehicle. Once I make full payment on 8/12/2021 I will NEVER EVER use this service again. UPDATE: Yes, it has been confirmed that I am in fact spending $1,000.00 in fees, refinancing whatever they would like to label the fees. Paid off the loan today and will allow myself to be evicted before I EVER obtain another title loan. I’ve never experienced financial difficulties until Covid and the fees alone had me working 2 additional shifts per week at an already minimum wage paying full time job until I can gain employment again. For some this might have been a good experience or short term option but during a National pandemic this company should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and the fees while hardworking Americans are struggling to provide for their families.
