The service here is outstanding. I had the pleasure meeting the branch manager Amanda. She assisted me with my title loan and was very professional, courteous, and expeditious. The application process was very smooth, approval came within 20 minutes, and I was funded within 5 minutes after the approval. One of the things that stood out is Amanda was very thorough about the details of the contract and the process. She explained the interest rate, the payments, and all other important areas. I would definitely and highly recommend this please for any payday or title loan needs.

I feel Amanda's purposly targeting me. ! Make early payment and Amanda cashed the Pending check as if I never made my payment. I had to call during working hours , leave work so Amanda can reissue me another check that took forever to clear causing more than one effect. Another incident, Called to charge me a late fee that was in error. This was the worse !!! Sitting at work on a Zoom meeting dealing with a huge budget.... Only to receive a txt from your bank; The check from Tx title and Payday Loan di not clear on day seven, nor day TEN!!!!!! My entire Dash Board on my digital online account was in Bright Red. I kept my peace. Figured she's having an off YEAR !!!!!!! Bringing things current, TODAY!!! Now that the establishments closed. Now that I can not make a payment because amanda did not give me a courtesy call as usual to receive payment as promised due to agreements made, that is now broken. Iv'e reached out to this locations supervisor many times due to the countless errors made with Amanda. Face value is all the respect given. Amanda hung the companies phone up in my face and called back hours later. Rude !!!!! She needs to work a different profession if the details of this position deems challeging causing anger issues.
