It has been years since I was in a "Pawn Shop" ... My last experience years ago was less that optimal. Then, I found U-PAWN right down the street from my house. I was very comfortable speaking with Craig. He is a very "down to Earth" guy. Easy to talk to and a "cool guy". I felt the offer he made me was very fair and a smooth transaction. I visited U Pawn to sell jewelry that was very precious to me and was greeted by Craig. I explained my mom recently passed and I have rings that belonged to her, which were too small for me. Craig was was very sympathetic and advised this was a great time to come in due to the gold prices were up. He gave me the highest price for the rings and I left very pleased. Tha l you Craig for your excellent service and for being so kind.

Very good store. It's the only one I will pawn anything or shop. The store manager works hard, very fair and honest, gives a fantastic deal, low interest, works with you on the dates, and looks out for his customers in every way. Five stars, highly recommend.

The owner of this pawn shop is amazing!! I have been short a couple of times on bills and I bring my laptop for a loan each time. He gave me the most money for it(an extra $70) compared to the other pawn shops on fry rd and highway 6. Also the staff has always been friendly compared to alot of other pawn shops the staff that makes you feel you're a nuisance. I highly recommend this place.

Craig is the best Pawnbroker in the city. He buys & sells quality items at fair prices & he is always open to working good deals with his loyal customers.

Went into this store to repair a piece of jewelry that cash America messed up while testing my gold.The guy at the counter then buffed my gold.Made it look almost brand new again! This pawn shop has a lot of knowledge about gold and the best prices! They definitely hit it out the ballpark with customer service!!

The establishment was nice, neat, and clean. Craig was knowledgeable and helpful. The young man is a beast with the salesman skills lol. He even helped me look for the best brands in other electronics. Plus its a small business, and that's who I would rather spend my money with!

Craig and the staff are amazing! I was tight on money and really needed to make something happen fast. I went to this location to Pawn a few electronics and they couldn’t have made the process more easy. I was able to get a fair price for everything and I was out of there in less that 15 minutes. Another plus was that since I only borrowed for about a week, the interest I paid was only $15! I don’t plan on being in this kind of bind again but if I am, I definitely know where to go. I highly recommend you go here if needed!

Best Pawn shop in town. It is very hard to find a pawn shop that actually cares about the people & not just the money! Craig is amazing. Always going out of his way to make your day and/or make a difficult situation brighter. Will never cheat you on price whether buying, selling, or getting a loan.
