We had fraud on our account! AJ Hyde helped us so much! It was such a stressful day closing one account opening another figuring out how to do my payroll and just being so upset about money stolen! She reassured me that everything would work out! Introduced me to the whole team and really made me feel that they were all working for me! I will always come to her for any question about my business needs! I left knowing my account was safe and nothing to worry about! I will send everyone to this branch! I LOVE THIS BRANCH! I recently opened up an account with them; let me just say, they really get to know you. They always make sure to greet you with a smile, inform you with their latest services, and make a few jokes here and there in order to make your day. I am very impress of the team work all of these individuals have; it make the environment a lot more welcoming! Not to mention each employee is trained and well knowledged. Overall REALLY great location.... it has my loyalty.

I have been a member with this bank for about 4 years now. I was helping my daughter set up a new account online and was not able to get the help we needed to complete it online. We spoke with AJ and scheduled to do a phone interview to complete the process. AJ advised us that she was training Elmer and he would love to have the extra training on new accounts so we scheduled to speak with him on the phone. The following day we went into the branch to finish opening her account. AJ and Elmer were fantastic explaining everything to my daughter, especially with it being her first checking and savings. They were very friendly, efficient, and professional. These two were awesome to work with! Thank you both for all the assistance on the phone, and inside the branch. I love this branch! I've been a member of SSFCU since its expansion into Utah. I look forward to visiting this branch and being treated like a friend. The Branch Manager, "Red" allows his team to treat people normally. It's not some stuffy, cold bank. These are kind and gracious people! Working with AJ Hyde makes it feel like I have a personal banker. She's responsive, knowledgeable as so much fun! AJ has helped me finance 3 cars and it's as simple and smooth as could be imagined. Sumari Rivera, Elmer Terrazas, Rhonda Melvin and McKinzie Eastman are delights. Every time I walk in I'm reminded of the 1980's sitcom, Cheers. I feel like Norm, except the team uses my name, Greg! AJ was absolutely incredible in helping me set up my personal line of credit!!!!! AJ and the upper management team also went above and beyond in cutting my interest rate in half while refinancing my auto loan!!!! Fantastic experience. Elmer was extremely helpful also the wonderful woman helping us (her name eludes me and for this I am very ashamed). The branch was clean, very convenient, fast, friendly and efficient. Everything you would want. My wife and I even said next car loan we do, we'll call Elmer, that's how great it was.

went in to see if i qualified to refinance my auto loan and was immediately treated with the most hospitality. AJ was the best banker i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I was able to get my interest rate down from an 8.9% to a 3.6. AJ also mentioned their home loans so i will be returning to refinance my home. security service treated me like i was a part of there family and because of that i would definitely recommend for any of your banking needs.

I was rushing home because of an emergency. Southbound I-15 was at its Friday evening peak. There was no way I was going to make it to my branch before they closed. “Hey Alexa, where is the nearest SSFCU to me?” The South Jordan branch was just five minutes away, closing in fifteen. I had to access multiple accounts and tap a line of credit for the cashiers check that I needed. Samari and Ronda worked out the problem even after closing time. I didn’t feel rushed nor that I presented an inconvenience. In fact, they took care of me like I was family even though I had never walked into this branch before. A 5-star experience
