Security Service Federal Credit Union Barnes Rd, Colorado Springs

This has been my bank for a few years now and has been a good place to trust with my money. Today however, I had an exemplary experience! Jamie Knapstein was the service member that helped me with my account issue and she really knew her stuff. I was overly impressed at how quickly and painlessly she was able to correct my situation. I left feeling so much better about my banking needs and hope to be a security services member for a while. Thank you again for making me feel at ease.

I want to say that Elizabeth Camacho was awesome and greeted me immediately and asked why I was there. Then she got me two bottles of water because they’re so small and said it would take few more minutes to finish up with the members she was currently helping and then she would be right with me. She was able to get the ball rolling on resolving my issue and took down my phone number and assured me that she would touch base with me next week to make sure everything got completely resolved. If all employees were as attentive and quick to respond to their customers as Elizabeth was to and for me there would be many more happy people in the world! I have no doubt things will be back in order on my account by next week. She is an excellent member relationship officer for SSFCU and I believe she deserves recognition for it. Thank you Elizabeth for all your help. I very much appreciate you.

The place is clean, I'll give them that. Decent parking. The good ends there. Rude woman at the customer service counter spoke over my wife regarding a misunderstanding. We came to open an account. Perhaps if we were wearing suits,not short sleeves with tattoos she would have treated us like she treated the people before and after us in line. So we left and we're taking our business elsewhere. Bye.

Rachel was VERY helpful. Took care of all problems that I had with unlocking my online and mobile accounts. She even helped me with my phone!!! I give her five amazing stars for excellent service. She went above and beyond.

I visited this branch recently due to the credit union skinning me alive with overdraft fees. Rachel Costley was very knowledgeable and professional. She took good care of me.

I went in today to apply for a loan, get a credit card, and open up another checking account and Sariah Cottle was very helpful and super nice. I really recommend going here. Very nice staff.

Rachel was PHENOMENAL!! I walked in and was immediately greeted. There was no one in line so I was told to go right to the counter. I went up and explained my issue, and she got everything I said, and repeated it back to me to be sure it was correct. We made conversation while she was working on my issue, which made me feel like a real person and not an account number. She is 100% the reason I will be coming back to this specific branch for my future banking needs.

Highly satisfied with this bank and employees. Having auto loan, personal, and business accounts through Security Service, they always have my best interest in mind. Rachel is personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend for all your banking needs.

I Will NEVER work with a "bank" after dealing with the courtesy and professionalism of this Credit Union again! Particularly MS. Ashlyn Rydalch who went "above-and -beyond" helping me find information bridging the gap WITH my online crypto currency transactions, and banking business here at Security Service Federal Credit Union. In fact, MORE THAN ONCE they've REALLY looked out for my BEST interest as a member of this Credit Union! The results have saved me MONEY!!! Service like this just isn't common anymore!! SSFCU... Rachel’s customer service was great. She helped me download the mobile app and set up my account as well. Made it very easy for me to understand and made sure I had no further questions before I left. We spoke for a while when the app was downloading and found common interests while I was taken care of. Great service and this branch has really stepped up it’s service!

Jamie Knapstein did an excellent job helping me with my loans!! She not only helped me to get excellent rates but also did a great job answering all of my questions and assisting me through the entire process. I highly recommend her and this Credit Union.

Rachel was so helpful and caring this morning with my accidental overdraft fee! I was so worried, but her care and understanding is what all tellers should be like. Because of her I will continue to stay with this bank!
