Ent Credit Union Championship Vw, Colorado Springs

I have been with ent for 20 years. I have never once had a bad experience with them. They are always so helpful and answer any questions I have. I had some issues with the atm depositing cash and something went wrong and in 3 days(holiday weekend) the issue was resolved and the money was back in my account. I can’t imagine banking with anyone else, thanks for being the best <3

If there was a no star rating I would give it. We set up an appointment almost 2 weeks in advance (because that's they were so busy) to talk to a banker to transfer our personal accounts and business accounts to ENT. We were looking to get general info and offers. We drove 25 min to the appointment. It took standing in the lobby for another 5 minutes for them to come out and tell us that Ms Fistani who we had the appointment with had another appointment come in and they thought they contacted us to let us know. They didn't. Then they said we can just wait until whenever she comes back. We made time for this appointment and and didn't have time to wait around in the lobby. Then they said they could see if someone else at a different branch was available. Also unacceptable as we already wasted 45 minutes of our day and weren't going to drive to yet another branch. Does this mean there is noone else in this branch to give us general information?? Worst customer service at a bank yet. Obviously getting our business is not a priority. Thanks for nothing.

Opening a business account can be tedious, and stressful. While going to different banks to see which one has better services and customer service. I found ENT. Bella who is very knowledgeable and helpful when attending her members. I will be recommending, ENT to others

Waited 45 mins as 3 different people got called this is the 3rd location I have had pelroblems with and will prob be looking for a different bank altogether as the security guard was the one willing to even help check me in

ENT is a great place to bank. Fast, convenient and reliable. They are also very polite in their interactions through any form of communication. Julian among many great personalities at championship Dr was very receptive and patient with me,and I'm forever greatful.

I have been with ENT for over 15 years with my personal and business accounts. I will be looking for a different place to do my banking. The last year I have seen a drastic change in how they do business. I always felt that ENT had my best interest in mind and that is what drew me to them. They have demonstrated in the last year that profit is more important than member service. I would not recommend ENT to anyone as there customer service and overall banking experience is poor.

Not 5* for not having zelle in their app which would make sending money or making payment much easier, that's the only reason ENT is not my primary bank. But their staff Very knowledgeable & friendly staff, quick responds on loan applications,

Had an issue With a pending charge/overdraft and they worked with me on it. Just make sure u communicate with them and they work with you much better than other banks.

Worst ATMs in town. Their ATMs won't let you deposit cash and their touch-screens need to be recalibrated regularly.
