The drive thru ATM is sometimes broken but I'm grateful that they extended their Saturday hours. I've always experienced friendly & respectful service here. Additionally, I like their new ATM machine inside because you can choose which increments to dispense. This isn't something that every branch offers. The one in Duryea doesn't even have an ATM inside & other locations have simply closed down.

I hate this location. They closed the one off Academy but this location's ATM is out of service almost every time I come here & I never had that issue at the other location.

This is my first time that I am actually leaving a negative feedback! Banker named Casey Karcich helped me open a credit card account so that I can transfer my balance from other bank. I requested balance transfer full amount of $9,000 and Chase only approved $2,500 without telling me or an any explanations. I tried to talk to this guy (Casey Karcich), and he resigned from the bank. When I called them (after trying multiple times to connect with branch people) Guy named a Brandon finally answered and gave a 1.800 digits. He said only way to fix this issue is that I need to speak with Credit Card department. How come you guys approved in the beginning, when I sat down with you guys at the branch? Didn’t explain anything about that I might not get a full amounts to be transferred. What a waste of time.

I've had a Chase account for more than 30 years. I went in just to get a document notarized. The person that could notarize was in her office with no customers, however I was told that she was "too busy helping other clients" to do the notarization. Terrible attitude, terrible customer service.

If you are even thinking about calling this branch or ANY Chase bank, DONT!!! I called 50+ times on 3 separate occasions while at work and NOBODY answers the phone. Terrible customer service. I will be thinking about switching to a new bank to make my service easier and much faster.

I've tried to move my RothIRA funds since February 8 via online JPMORGANCHASE. I've spoken with 8 different people who add new hoops to jump through, starting the precious person didn't know what they were doing. Hung up on twice! No transfer.65 hours on the phone & online. I decided to go into the bank and find Debbie Cooper who was of great assistance. She abd Stephen Riberts were helpful, pitiable. Wish is stated with then first!!!!

I made a delivery here to Valerye and she lied and told my employer she never received the order! I don't bank here and I sure don't want to if this is the integrity their employees have!

Such a nightmare and horrible experience. I had to go inside to make a deposit as the outside ATM was nor operating. I put my cash inside the ATM, the machine kept my money $1000 bucks and did not give me a receipt. I had to make several phone calls and no one was able to fix this error. I run a small business at home and it really sucked how this error cost my family a big finical hit as I was not able to complete my deal because of this ATM error and the inability of management to fix this error. It's sad cause I've banked with them this long and I'm closing my account, cannot have this unprofessionalism and errors when running my business. Be warned if you think about banking with them. I spoke with management and told them I would be taking my business somewhere else and they didn't seem to care. Go somewhere where they take you and your business serious.

8 people in line. No drive thru. Closed bank on Montebello. Not customer friendly anymore. Been with Chase for years but considering switching

I came here to possibly switch over my business accounts to them. I had to come to this branch since it was only 1 of 2 chase bank’s with an open lobby due to covid. Extremely horrible customer service. After 3 trips to a chase bank with an appointment, I still couldn’t even begin the process. No apologies and zero accommodation. Someone in front of me in line was even complaining about being on the phone for 4 hours yesterday and still didn’t get her problem resolved with her business account. Yeah, avoid this bank like the plague (or like covid).
