I found Second Wind to be highly professional and a good partner. My business was in a construction related field that contracted dramatically during the Great Recession, a time that the business was carrying significant financial obligations. Nicholas Brown provided excellent support and advice while we worked with lenders to formulate a long-term, workable solution. I hired Second Wind in 2017 and my case is still not resolved. I would understand if there was constant communication and everything was being done possible. However, I have emailed the CEO of the company, who is handling my account, and he has not responded multiple times…for months at a time. In the meantime, this is costing me thousands of dollars in lost opportunity because I am unable to move on with my financial life. I don’t know what to do at this point, except work to save someone else the frustration I am experiencing.
