Bank of America is one of the top four funders of fossi fuel projects--drilling, pipelines, all those things that are ruining our climate. Please bank with a local bank or credit union, that doesn't make a profit off things that kill people.

I was in Mexico and I used a debit card to make a phone call from an old style phone. It alerted me the call did not go through so I tried several times with no success. Apparently my card had over drafted when this phone did actually charge about $1.40 per attempt back at my bank. I had five attempts to get the call through. When I returned back home the bank had charged me for each individual overdraft even though they were all within a four minute period and were clearly marked from the same company. When I explained they said "Sorry sir...." and eventually they said "either these get paid or your account will be closed and there will be further fees etc." Something to that effect. I refused to pay the charges which were over $300.00 with all of their additional fees. When it reached over $400.00 I closed my account and I never paid them. A year or two later a creditor was making me an offer to settle the account for much less money. I explained what happened and he cleared the account. They never got their money and I will never use their bank again. Bank Of America is an example of what this country has become. They are completely a for profit corporate entity that cares only for themselves. If you work there you either understand that or you ignore it. I don't know which is worse.

It's not worth my time leaving a response for this bank. They say there here to help and they do the exact opposite

I work with a developmentally disabled man who has no bank account. He received a $25.00 Check for his birthday drawn on Bank of America. I brought him here to cash it. The teller was not kind. Despite an ID she finally agreed after taking his fingerprint.

What a rude person you guys have today when I come to deposit cash

The Bank of America corporation actively finances fossil-fuel projects including pipelines to transport fossil-fuels, including "Line 3" through which tar sands derived petroleum will flow. In Minnesota, the construction of Line opposed by Native Americans who want to protect their land and water. Please consider avoiding Bank of America until they stop funding fossil-fuel projects.

Worse bank ever, mainly the people who work there and the supervisor Lisa ( blond hair older lady) she's a joke so very unprofessional and rude. She should really find another job because she clearly she isn't cut out for this job. I don't often talk negative about workers like this. However my 17 year old was trying to cash her work check and because she wasn't a Bank of America customer but the check was issued from Bank of America she wouldn't cash it for her. Even though I was standing there with a valid driver's license she wouldn't look at it and said NO very rudely as she grunted at us with her teeth showing like she was a dog with rabies. Finding parking sucks and have to pay to park for a quick second even to use the ATM machine inside. Unless you use the ATM machine around 6am then your fine for parking and no tickets. There was only two tellers at the worse possible time and very slow, I'm glad NOT TO BE A BANK OF AMERICA CUSTOMER!!!!! Especially the rudeness I'm all set with that nonsense. Best of luck who enter this nightmare of a so-called BANK!!!!

I called to get some information, the female representative (I did not get her name or I would list it here) was not helpful when she found out my queries were purely customer service related and would not benefit her in anyway; she abruptly told me she had a customer and put me on hold for 15 minutes before coming back on line. She said hello and I responded hello and then she hung up on me. Not informed about her bank’s rules and information and rude besides.

Was hoping to go in and open an account and drop 300k but they can't see me today. Back to my local bank. This is why I've always used local community banks. They are just more practical.

The people at this branch are nice. Of course my general philosophy is that if it is practical for you, you ought use a credit union, not a bank. That being said, BOA is good for fast transactions with other BOA customers (which includes a lot of people). Anyway, 3 stars is the most I could ever give a company like BOA, but this location is otherwise fine.
