Seacoast Bank Conroy Windermere Rd, Orlando

Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service and wonderful experience. I would give 10 stars if it was an option! I had a specific service I needed (Medallion stamps) and was turned down by Chase bank. Spoke with Alison to inquire if Seacoast provided such a service and after promptly researching my situation and responding back to me quicker than expected, she accommodated my request and was able to fit me in whenever my schedule was open. She also was able to get me in for a second appointment the next day after I called to schedule another round. She also helped me with a couple of errors I had made on my forms and offered suggestions to help me correct them and went above and beyond to make sure the documents I wanted to submit would be received and not rejected by the institution(s). So I am very thankful for her knowledge and expertise and am very much appreciative she was able to address all my issues and accommodate my requirements of Medallion Stamps and Notary, when other banking institutions were turning me down. In fact, I am so upset with my experience with Chase Bank, I will be closing all my Chase accounts as soon as I am able. Alison and the service I received at Seacoast Bank just blew Chase Bank out of the water! TEN STARS!!!! Thank you Alison and Seacoast!

I hesitantly went in after reading reviews but was tempted because of proximity to location. After visiting to open an account I would not return nor recommend. Not very helpful and customer oriented. Too many choices of banks to receive subpar service.

Pésimo servicio, personal mal humorada. Terrible service, ill-faced staff. he does everything in a bad way. I have used this bench for 3 years with no problems until I was visiting this one for the first time. and what an unpleasant staff. I mean the cashiers. I have no concept of promoters

First review of my life. Sorry to say im disappointed in the customer service experience i was giving by the bank manager "mureena ismail" during drive thru just to withdraw some cash. I've been banking with the specific bank for years and because of that experience i will never go back to that place.If you are a seacoast banker be careful doing business with this ranch.

The service I received from saita Jahur was very poor accused me of not being who I was and questioned my identity racially profiled me in front of my daughter and I wanted to do was open an account never been so disgusted in my life .

Other reviews must come from before the current staff arrived because this branch is absolutely fantastic!

If I could but negative stars I would. Made errors opening all my husbands accounts & we had to eat the exorbitant fees even after it was verified they had entered information incorrect into their system. Banker, Sunitha, is the worst, lied that fees could not refunded. Bank manager reversed fees as soon as we spoke with him. Sunitha has a terrible disposition and lacks an ounce of customer service. Something as simple as greeting people should not be difficult.

Be aware this bank is a huge scam they credit your debit card days later until you are in overdraft tgen tgey charge35$ fee for each over draft even if it's 0.82 cents. Then if its on oversraft they charge5$ for each day so basically your just drowning in overdraft fees. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK!!!!

Really bad atmosphere unprofessional unfriendly. Dont open a store if you dont like to smile. Hope they see this to improve culture. Read books like customers for life.😌
