SDCCU Temecula North Branch Overland Dr, Temecula

I have been banking at SDCCU for at least a decade. I have never had any problems with their website or bill pay. They have never missed making a single payment nor have they ever messed up on balances. The staff are always very pleasant. I even setup passbook accounts for my grandchildren with them. Wonderful place to bank.

Went there to get information about an auto loan. Even though I wasn't a current client, they were extremely helpful and more knowledgable than my current bank and the DMV! I only spoke to the receptionist but she gave me all of the info I needed! She should be promoted! Would recommend this bank to anyone. They don't penalize you for having small amounts of money in your checking account like the big banks do.

Scott, the Branch Manager here is amazing!! Has helped me numerous times in very difficult situations and I am extremely grateful.

Honestly, this bank is a joke. I can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone. I have yet to have anything work how it is supposed to. The website just about never works. I honestly have not had the best experience thus far with the bank. I'm just about ready to find another bank. The autopay NEVER works. With today's day and age, one would think it wouldn't be that complicated to set up autopay or anything at that matter, and I have no had the easiest experience with that and I've been banking with SDCCU for about a year now.

The security guard is extremely rude. I came in while wearing my Christian meeting attire and he followed me out and scolded me about what he assumed I Believed. Very unprofessional.

I been waiting to talk to a representative for more then 30 minutes and no one is answering the call when it is showing the bank is not busy at this time. I have referred a lot of my family and friends to this bank cuz I like the banking but the call service sucks balls ⚽️

Mary C was very professional and courteous. She made our visit to refinance both our car loans very pleasant. She explained everything very clear and made us feel very comfortable in our decision to refinance our vehicles. Thank you Mary C!!!!

Do not use the right ATM.. I deposited 1100 dollars and the ATM cancelled the transaction but did not give me the money back. Apparently this is the problem ATM. Never again will I deposit money at a ATM. Only going inside the bank. They resolved the issue that same day. Called the customer service line and explained what happened and Kevin was so helpful and put me at ease. Overall, I like this bank. Everyone is very helpful.

Bad experience. I went to refinance my car and everything went well, a month later it turns out that the banker that had helped me did not send the payoff amount to the correct address, therefore I was charged a late and interest fee from my car company, so I had to pay that off,Even though I had nothing to do with it. Will not be going to that bank anymore. Did not like the service. They were not helpful at all. Very disappointed!!!

Awful experience, the teller has an attitude no hello no goodbye. Like I am doing you a favor for banking with your institution.
