Chase Bank Ynez Rd, Temecula

Atm won't let you take out more then $800 get with the times. I should have access to my money whenever I want. Crypto is 24/7✌️ out chase

I'm currently sitting in the drive through at the Ynez office. 4 cars with me and the line has not moved for over 30 minutes. I tried calling inside and it went to their voice automated system. Not sure what is happening at this branch, this is the worst service I have ever received. So frustrating.

Came in to get some papers faxed to another bank in L.A. county. Staff was super friendly and helpful, got greeted immediately once I walked into the bank. Sophy got me in and out with no worries. I don't bank here but notice that this bank is outstanding with fast service. Thank you so much Sophy wish you were at my bank, they could use good people like you!!

The manager and the teller were rude and lied. A circumstance which I called about in the morning and was approved was then not allowed when I went there in the evening. My husband owns a business who's personal revenue is above 200k and they would not allow a check to be cashed!!!!

So apparently you cannot cash out a check unless you have the matching funds in your account? What would be the point of asking for all my check today if i have a matching amount in my account!? SMH.

I went through the drive through today to deposit two check. I waited for ten minutes, no exaggeration. Unfortunately I was having an issue with my car or I would have parked and walked in but they also had my checks in the tube. No one answered the call button or the phone when I tried calling. When the teller finally came to the window she said sorry I was just finishing lunch. Really! That's Customer Service? Seriously considering closing my account.

Informed my teller I had been traveling ahead of time in case my transaction may end up being declined and I may have to call chase directly. Trying to make a transaction to get a cashier's check for the DMV nearby, my card ended up declining as I guessed it might. The teller said she could not run the card again until after 24 hours. Only after sharing my knowledge being in retail myself and dealing with international clients did she state she could try to get her manager's approval for her to run my card again after calling Chase. She immediately almost ran away saying she is closed but any teller next to her could help me and she would ask her manager for approval. So, I waited in line and a few minutes later my original teller came back and told the teller that her manager will not approve to charge my card again and to come back Monday. I am from out of town :/

Been a customer and deposited plenty of money with the bank. Started a business account and they accuse me of fraud checks, then hold to clear them. They tell me they cannot verify the check yet. The days later its clears. Till then I am under fraud suspicion even though I have chased plenty of checks in both accounts and never had a check bounce. Swithcing to a local credit union. I used Chase for the ATMS, but most banks have convenient ATMSs. The credit unions have coop ATMs. Avoid this wall street bank, just wants to serve older and wealthy people. I am middle class with kids and business and they reorder payments and just are dishonest. Tired of it.

Safe Deposit Box Access is made by a teller at the counter, after you have waited your turn to speak to them in line if others are waiting. They are very prompt and accomodating always.

I called and ask to make an appointment to use my safety deposit box. I was told they were really busy, they would have to call me back. Did not asked me for my phone number very rude.
