He handled them with the utmost care and his relatability built a foundation of trust. He was responsive, attentive, proactive, and most importantly consistent. There were no surprises as he predicted the approximate loan amount and interest rate they could expect and also gave us an idea of what price range to shop. The application process was simple and easy and I must say that the user-friendly and secure website was an added bonus. It was super convenient to be able to log-in to the online portal day or night to obtain updates on the loan, upload requested documents, confirm outstanding action items needed to secure funding, and to visualize projected closing costs, mortgage payment, interest rate, etc. Each person we spoke to was patient and kind.
