Loan process was fine. Then they sold it to fifth third bank. I an not happy with them. Forever hold when try to call. They do lots of sharing and must call to opt out. No online opt out. And if u want overpayments to automatically go to principal, they force u to use their auto pay. If u send in an overpayment it goes to unallocated until u contact them. U could have $ in never never land for years. I regret using franklin.

Laurie Allen, what is there not to say about her. An amazing person in whole to deal with. Laurie's personality was refreshing and infectious, to the point where my wife and I totally forgot that we were new to this (under any other circumstances) would have been hostile territory. At least that was the war stories I’ve been told by friend and family. Laurie was always on top of the punch, often beat out my real estate agent with information, which was also very helpful. All in all when my wife and I go to buy another home or in need of Laurie’s other skill sets, it will be without question, Laurie Allen will be the only call. Franklin Loan Center must feel lucky to have her on their team, because my wife an I now feel the same. Thank you so very much Laurie... P.S. She fought for our super low interest rate, from what it was initially and where it ended at the time of closing, saving us $360 a month (approximately $130,000 over the lifetime of the loan). We bought a large home with a "VA NO NO" and our mortgage is less than we were going to be renting. I mean wouldn't you want this person working with you?! I think so.

James and his team were great in helping us through the loan process when purchasing a house. He was very responsive, easy to communicate with and knowledgeable.

James and his team are so awesome! I thought Iwould be never be able to get approved for a loan for a house. The process was so smooth and easy. I used my VA loan and they made sure I got into the house I wanted . Would definitely come back and refer anyone.

Very poor service, unprofessional, no communication at all with Maria G. Martinez. She lied to us from the beginning. Made us waste our time and money. She made us believe we were pre qualified, when we weren't. She took us out shopping before we had even been pre qualified. But she led us to believe we were qualified. We went looking to find a home. We found one. And on the very last day we were to close escrow, she totally screwed us over. We lost our house. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

My experience with them was horrible. Salvador made me waste my time and money. He wasn’t honest with his work.
