Great shop. I had to do a transaction and the lady helping me really went the extra mile to take care of me. Very nice experience, very nice people.

The workers here are very respectful to all customers. They were also insightful on the instruments and jewelry in the store.

Great honest staff. Half the usual price for standard FFL gun transfers. Also fair price for buying and selling used guns, jewelry, electronics, sound equipment, artwork, tools, etc. Mostly carry mid-to-high end stuff. I've done business with them about 5-6 times now. Never any drama. Solid business.

This place is amazing! When we needed to pawn some guns, they worked with us to get the total amount we needed. They were great about due dates as long as we communicated with them. When I fell in love with a ring I couldn’t afford, they offered lay away options but I still couldn’t afford the down payment. Whenever I went in to make a payment on the pawn, they recognized me and asked me if I wanted to see “my ring”. When we could finally afford the down payment, they were almost as excited as I was. And yesterday when we went in to make the final payment, they recognized me even with my mask on. I took the ring to get appraised today elsewhere and found that I got a SCREAMING deal on it. These guys are the best. Super nice and personable. This shop has a family feel to it. Go there and at least look around and talk to them. You won’t be sorry!

Had a great experience today at the Scottsdale Pawn Shop. I worked with Andrew and he made sure all of my questions were answered. He even offered an out the door price on a multiple firearms I had interest it. Ended up leaving with one firearm for a great price. I had a great experience here at the Scottsdale pawn shop! I had purchased a new pistol from palmetto state armory and was hesitant at first because their website's FFL locator listed the old shops address. But the staff contacted the palmetto and verified it would arrive at the right place, which it did. The other great part, being that it's not a massive gun shop I didn't have to wait behind 5 other people to fill out my 4473 on their one computer system. I was in and out very quickly. And a $25 transfer is literally the best price in town. I will fully recommend this shop to anyone who wants to listen to me.

What amazing customer service. With everything that’s happened through the arms industry and COVID this great shop did not follow the trends of inflating prices beyond reason like many others have. All firearms were fair priced not just the 6.5CM I purchased. All employees were really friendly showing me history collectibles and the stories behind them. Amazing place even if just for a chat. 100 percent recommend.

Love the new location; it's tucked in next to Arizona Drums. Been coming here for years whenever I've needed a few extra bucks and they've always helped me out. Their merchandise for sale is in great condition as well. Five-star business here in Scottsdale!

Andrew was super helpful and friendly during my visit, he worked with me fairly and in an amazingly professional manner. He helped me by cutting me a great deal on two hand guns. I was very pleased and extremely satisfied after leaving the store.
