This company does a good thing lending to people with poor credit , however they treat you like human garbage. First they installed a device that constantly broke down and needed to be fixed three times at my expense. It also cost me tow fees and I was refused any real support from CAG. The assistant manager was totally rude, every time I interacted with him and his boss wasn't much better. Do yourself a favor, Go elsewhere.

This company is absolutely horrible! Horrible customer service, using illegal collections tactics, threatening. When you call and ask for higher ups they just pass the phone off to the next representative. When you call and ask for info for the officers of the company they refuse. This company needs to be shut down! I know how to get to the higher ups and I have the resources to do so. I will continue to do my diligence to locate the pertinent info.

You’ll get the loan.. but 85% of your 500 payment is going to the interest until you’re halfway done with your loan agreement. On the bright side my credit score shot thru the roof since I had ghost credit and I refinance tomorrow :D thank you CAG!

Wish I could give this company zero DO NOT DO BUSINESS with them. If you ever face financial situations they will take you to court and make you pay them what you owe and also the lawyer fee. Trash of a company taking advantage of people.

Completely unprofessional customer service, some of the worst interactions I’ve experienced in my life. Called in on 12/07/21 simply asking if they accept deferrals, tried to explain I had some medical issues which came up in the last few days and the customer service rep wouldn’t answer the question. He shouted at me, yelled at me, his name is Bernie, refused to answer the question, called me irresponsible. Refused to answer if they offer deferrals and was shouting at me that I should be responsible. He also kept asking what type of work I do, and refused to answer the question of if they accept deferrals. This is needed due to my injuries. The customer service representative was too busy yelling at me to hear me out or understand my concern.

I am nearing the end of my loan with CAG and have spoken to multiple employees over the course of 4 years. I had the pass time device in my vehicle until just recently when it began to malfunction and they removed it for me with no issue. In the beginning of your loan do not expect a lot of options or assistance if you need to postpone a payment or make arrangements. A loan company like this wants you to build some history of on-times payments in order to be offered more options when struggles come up. I learned that the hard way in the beginning and was very frustrated by it but that ultimately taught me to prioritize my car payments. I'm not sure if their policies have changed because of COVID, but all in all if you just make most of your payments on time and are straight up with them about what's going on when you can't pay, you shouldn't have a problem. Out of everyone I've spoken, to Stephanie and Illene have always been super helpful and knowledgeable.

If Google allowed zero stars, that is the rating I would give this "establishment." My vehicle was fit with a device when I purchased the vehicle, which is fine. However, my vehicle wouldn't turn on so I took it to a mechanic. He checked that car up and down and could find nothing wrong with it. When calling this company to see if maybe it was the device that was not functional, they let him know that it was fit with a bad part to begin with. My mechanic asked if someone would be out to fix the issue or at least fit the vehicle with a new device. The stated it would take 48-72 hours. This was last Friday. They finally came out today and changed out the device to a more updated one. HOWEVER, they decided to pin the charges on me and state that because "they did not advise me to take it to a mechanic" I would be responsible for the charges of sending someone out to inspect it. This is absolutely ridiculous. I was not going to wait a week to have someone come and inspect it on their time when I need my car to get to work. This issue was their fault, not mine so I should not be held responsible for paying these ridiculous charges!!!!!!

This company disabled my vehicle after being late 2 days!! Just 2 days!!! Thankfully its parked at home and it wasn't done while I was somewhere. Never had this done especially since I was in contact with them about the situation. I would hope that this company would be understanding that a pandemic is currently going in the US. And unemployment is at a record high. Don't go to this company interest rates are through the ceiling and if your 2 days late they will disable your vehicle, so NOT worth it!!

If you can avoid this finance company please do at all cost. Lack of empathy throughout the company and overall rude customer service. Don’t get behind on a payment they won’t help .. you may be able to combine a payment on a future due date but true help don’t expect it even during this pandemic. Oh & they will shut your car off in the middle of traffic they don’t care, even if you’ve always been on time. As someone has previously mentioned they will call your phone excessive amounts of times and blame it on the “system”. If calls don’t get through you will get a text and lastly whoever the director of relations is Kristi to be exact needs more training on empathy and overall professionalism. Very rude.

I been having my car since September and they have been helpful. In my current situation my ex husband decided to take my money and tax return. They have been helpful until the it's is reissuing my tax return do I can get caught up on my car payment. Thanks Darlene for your help

We bought a car from Chapman Honda they screwed us on the financing that we had set it place then came up with this bunch of knuckle staggers who seem to drool at the possibility of a payment not made. Do NOT finance anything through this place and if the salesperson screws your financing and go through CAG which is tied in with Chapman Honda run don’t walk to another dealership stay away from Chapman and XAG. SMH!

Tucson location - This place has the WORST ever customer service! Paying our vehicle off early, called and got pay off info, made appt to have pass device taken on, show up at appt time with cashier check for amount given. The guy doesn't show up said there was no appointment made. So they want me to reschedule after I drove an hour to get here. Then they tell me that the amount is wrong and I have to pay difference, charge another 10$ to process the amount. Next I have to pay for the device even though they're taking it off, and corporate will refund me the money. RUDE! UNORGANIZED! UNPROFESSIONAL!! AVOID THIS JOKE COMPANY!

I will never get a loan with them again. I called to make arrangements on my payments and the rep was rude. So I asked to speak to a manager and he was even more rude. Putting down my character saying he should pull up my credit report because I have a loan with them. They don’t care that people are dealing with a pandemic. They don’t care about their customers. I make payments every two weeks so if my payments so happen to be three times a month I am making over 200$ in payments that month. There is no set amount each month. The manager even told me he doesn’t care about his customers. I will never do business with them again. There is one thing I can appreciate. I have spoken to a Senior Loan Advisor in the company. He’s name is Bernie Ayala. I would rather do business with him then talk to anyone else. He has value and knows that their customers may have hardship. After I spoke to the manager named Chris, who was rude.... Bernie agreed to take two payments on my next payment date. So my car won’t get turned off and I can continue to get back and forth to work. I appreciate that Bernie would try to work with me and not be like the manager I spoke to and put down his customers. They need more people like Bernie.

If I could give negative 5 Stars I would. Car would not start so I had it towed to a shop, after diagnostic test GPS module installed aftermarket by this company cause starter to not get any power. I had GPS bypassed which resulted in car working perfectly. Spoke with customer service and they instructed me to have the GPS reinstalled so they could diagnose from there end. Long story short they did not diagnose and had to pay to have GPS bypassed again in order to be able to go to work. Spoke with a manager named “Chris” the most disrespectful person I have spoken with, he insulted my education because I didn’t consult with them prior to having my car checked. When I asked for a manager higher than him, he told me to hang up and call him back because he is the one I can speak with. I then asked him that there has to be someone higher than him, to which he stated that I should call Bill Gates because he is the owner of Microsoft and they made the GPS system. I have dealt with some of the worst people in this world and I have never been disrespected this bad. I was told that because I didn’t consult with them I am liable for a 300 bill because there module went bad!!!

Never missed a single payment. Appreciative of the opportunity but I get 12 phone calls minimum the day my payment is due. I’ve been late once due to issues with my employer. Also side note, they do not disclose the ignition interlock upon sale. I got a call after my 72 hours explaining it so I couldn’t back out of the contract. Also mine died and kept the car from starting. After calling, I was told my starter needs to be replaced. FYI it’s not the starter. Ended up being their device which is still bypassed because I keep being told it’s a starter

I’ve finance two cars through CAG although I wish payments were in every two weeks and monthly. Ileene and Stephanie with customer service have been AMAZING to me always willing to work things out and offer different options for me when time gets rough. Just pay your bill with these people and you won’t have a problem.

Hope you never need to speak to a manager!! Left 3 messages for a manager, NEVER got a call back! They made such a huge ordeal out of needing to split a payment between 2 different cards. It took 3 days to actually complete the transaction since you can do that online, you need to speak to a representation whom wanted to charge an additional $10 per transaction in order to process my payment. I completely agree with other reviews stating that the customer service reps do not care about their customer or financial hardships due to the pandemic. First and LAST TIME I will use them for a purchase. This is not the way to get your customers to come back!!!!
