I am not one to write reviews. But after my wonderful experience with Kimberly I just had to. She was very friendly and patient showing me all the items that I wanted to see. Thank you Kimberly for the amazing customer service you provided.

I have to tell you this Pawnshop is the pawnshop to go to the staff is amazing their customer service is unmatchable unmatchable and their inventory their inventory is pristine. I won't be needing another pawnshop other than this one. Thanks guys you are truly the best.

This pawn 1st is very helpful and they are there to help you when you need the funds. Kimberly and Jesse are amazing workers at this location and go out of their way to understand your situation and find anyway to help you. You all come here if you really need funds!

I was a new customer pawned jewelry that my mother left me in her will after dying from cancer. I lost my job then my car begged them to work with me as deadline was coming up. They would not even extended it one day. Then to top it all off I go in the store to pawn an item and they banned me from pawning anything because I had not picked up the jewelry. The lady that was "helping" me was so mean. Just a very horrible experience.

Out of every pawn shop in a 10 miles radius of downtown Scottsdale the experience at pawn 1st on Thomas was by far the most pleasant. I worked specifically with Erin and Cierra who made sure I was accommodated. Not only that, they rock!!! Thanks again girls!

Great customer service given by Oscar. It’s always a great experience with them, very fair on prices given and work with you if you have good history with them.

This place way overpriced priced for used stuff allmost at retail price brand new example selling a older Microsoft surface 08 $300 and it is missing the keyboard who knows if it even has the charger everything in the store is way overpriced like I said about retail price brand what a joke Non-namebrand guns close to $500 wow Would not recommend going to this place ever Unless you wanna get half your product and pay almost retail price for used items lol

I was in a tight jam and needed to pawn my camera. Given the area, cameras aren’t hard sought after but I gave Pawn1st a try anyways. Spoke to Kimberly on the phone and she gave me a little peace of mind. Went in to pawn my camera and the process was fast and Kimberly helped me even more than I could imagine. I’ll be back to get my camera for sure lol but the service I was given will keep me coming back. Also, they have really nice laptops and TVs for sale at some nice prices.

Great shop, great people! Erin is a personable knowledgeable associate, who makes the transaction comfortable and easy. Pawning something doesn’t always make you feel great, but she did everything she could to make me feel respected and confident that I made the right choice! Definitely will deal with them again!

They are the best pawn experience you could have. They are very friendly, knowledgeable and fair. Kimberly is awesome! Customer service goes a long way now a days and I wanted to let you know that your employee, Erin, went above and beyond on my last trip in. She took the time to help me find EXACTLY what I was looking for, and I know I can be a pain sometime. I really appreciate her spending time helping me and will be returning.

Tony & China made me feel at peace knowing my belongings are safe. They took there time explaining the contract. How a loan works VS. selling, & what items they take. Seeing them Interact with other customers walking through the door, was very pleasant and just reassured me more. That this is place!!!! Staff & Store is very clean..... I been coming to this store for a long time now and wanted to express how Amazing the staff is not just with me with everyone that comes in. They provide 5 star service explaining the product and how transactions work. Ensuring that you are comfortable with the transaction. China is by far my favorite retail person, friendly, funny and very respectful. She cares about customer and the reason why I keep coming back.
