I came in for the first time to purchase my first professional camera. The staff is very friendly. Roxanna dropped everything and assisted me right away and she also helped me pick. I will be a repeat customer. Thank you so much for my new baby. 😊

The people that work in this establishment are angels! I was in desperate need of financial help because of my mothers recent passing. I thought I was going to have to surrender some of the things that I’ve held onto, but because of their honest help I was able to pawn it and I’ll be able to return three months from now to re-buy my things.

I think this is one of my favourite locations. Earlier, I decided to finish paying off the WiiU I had put on layaway and then the Staff and I negotiated a deal on an additional game purchase for that console. They have so many good games in stock right now and I wanted to take them all but there can be only one! What gems will they have for me on my next visit? this has been my google review of the week. My first time buying here, I gotta say they have good deals & supper friendly people. My family been buying from here off & on. I just never paid attention until now, I love the prices & their happy attitudes. This gonna be one of many pawnshops 😊I’m go to from now on. I’m one picky lady who likes to go certain pawnshops to. This gonna be my fifth one I will trust & like for their deals.

Walked in to look for a good TV, but wasn't ready to buy yet. They gave me a good deal. So I was convinced to buy, and when I needed some assistance getting it to my car a young gentleman named Eli helped me out. Much appreciated. Good experience. Store was clean.

I’ve used pawn 1st a few times an so far I was able to get the dollar amount I requested!! I wasn’t told what I could get for my item I was asked what did you need!!! That to me makes a world of difference. I will admit I did visit another local pawn shop prior to my pawn 1st visit. They were not only rude but I was completely insulted by what I was TOLD they would loan me!! So glad I decided to go back to pawn 1st

Small pawn shop. Neat and clean. Inventory extremely limited and narrow and the prices were much higher than they would be at any other pawn shop. I purchased 2 overpriced hand guns and the sales staff were not allowed any flexibility whatsoever in negotiating any of the prices which was disappointing, especially since I was buying multiple items. The salesperson I worked with was named Rosie, and she was wonderful. Although she was not allowed any flexibility at all to negotiate any of the high prices of the items, she did split the cost of the sales tax 50/50 with me, and that did show good faith and good customer service skills by doing so. It was not a huge break on the cost of my purchases, this did take some of the sting out of over-paying for the items I purchased and made my experience with this business worthwhile. While unable to work with me on the purchases I made last night, I told her I would be back this week to look at some jewelry, and she did promise to work with me on the prices of the jewelry, so Im going to hold her to her word! Overall it was a pleasant experience and because of Rosie, I will come back and shop here again.

I love going into stores that really show customer service. Unfortunately, to many stores have gotten away from that. At this particular Pawn 1st, they smile & greet you as soon as you walk in!! I’ve gone in 6-8 times in the last 3 months. Each time they’ve been great. The store is clean, the displays are clean & organized and you can see the prices. For me, the best thing is their employees. Gabe & Rosana are very professional, friendly & knowledgeable. They are always quick to help you. The new store manager, Rosy is awesome. She is professional, courteous, friendly & she makes herself available to the customers. I highly recommend that you go in & see them. Oh, you might end up buying something when you’re there too.

I have dealt with hundreds of pawn shops over the last 18 years in more than 14 different states. This is by far the number 1 pawn shop I have done business with. When I think of a pawn shop I envision a shop that gives me a fair price on items that I am pawning and this shop goes above and beyond that. The staff here is incredibly welcoming and never have a bad attitude or negative vibe. The owner is by far my favorite person when coming to this shop and just in general. The shop is always super clean and never to crowded. This shop hopes to build a business relationship with you from the start so that you can continue to use them in a time of need which is so important in my eyes. I will never step into another pawn shop again. If you are looking for a real pawn shop that cares about you and doesn't rip you off then come to this one asap.

First time I walked into this place of business I was just browsing. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a good morning sir, how may we help you. I didn't make any purchases that day but since then I've purchased a number of items, DVDs kitchen appliances etc. Never any issues, Always a good buy. Mr. Moreno and the very young woman at this pawn shop gave me exceptional service. I came in at closing time they allowed me to shop instead of closing the door in my face and I don't get that often if not ever at all. They help me out gave me a great deal and yes I will be returning too and recommending this pawnshop.

Ive been shopping here 2 years and taken loans, and I must say the staff does their job well. All my transactions go smooth, they always try to give me the best prices and when it comes to pawn shops I wouldnt go anywhere else. Rene and Gabe were very helpful specifically, made black friday a lot easier! Returned again; 3 years in and now a professional named Rosanna answering all my questions and still provided excellent service. Im even looking at engagement rings and she helped quote prices. 10/10 still awesome!

These guys have taken care of me on everything from firearms to TVs. Always friendly and have never had any issues with quality. They’ll even throw in a 6mo warranty. Can’t beat it! Come see Gabriel or Rene, awesome group of people.

I came in today to pawn my necklace. Rene was at the counter helping 3 customers at the same time. Talking with everyone and keeping us entertained while we waited. The guy who sold me electronics was very helpful. I stopped in to get a good deal on an HDTV and a blue ray player for my mom. The employee cleaned the TV up for me, showed me that everything was in working order and even carried everything out to my car for me. The staff in this store is very curteous and they have some pretty unique stuff.

I have bought multiple items at the store. The staff is awesome and respectful. They have a great selection of items, especially laptops and TVs and guns. They gave highest price when you sell as well. This is my number one go to. Thank you!!!!

I pawned my guitar here. Because I was in need of cash fast. I’m a little upset because I was able to pay back my loan and pick up my guitar in less then a week. Literally 5 days later. And they still charged me $180 in fees to collect my guitar. I understand the contract but if someone pays back they’re loan in that short of time I believe there should be some leniency in the percentage they charge. Oh well. I learned my lesson and won’t pawn anything ever again. Thanks pawn first!

I had a wonderful experience there. It was nice to see all women working there that day. It was clean and well organized. The employees were helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't pawn anything but I put a beautiful drumset on law away for a great price. I recommend them to anyone.

This is a great pawn shop! Not only do they have a large selection of stuff to buy they always offer the most competitive pricing when coming to selling or loaning. The staff that works there are all amazing. They build a rapport with their customers and have always been there when I needed them the most. Rosa helped me last time I was in and her service was above and beyond. Very curious and made sure I walked out with what I needed to get by. If there is a way she will help you find it.

Terrible customer service. I brought in 2 TVs less then 3 years old wouldn’t take them. Also brought in a refurbished 2013 MacBook Pro and they wouldn’t take it. Anna the manager was rude and made me feel very unwelcomed. The store says it all. As soon as you walk in there is hardly anything to choose from. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND IF YOURE LOOKING TO SELL!!

The staff is very pleasant to deal with. I had some issues with the fine print and how interest was being charged, the manager took his time to go over everything with me and find a satisfactory remedy to the situation. They were very friendly initially and care about customer satisfaction. I would recommend this shop, but if you're planning on something very short-term read the fine print!

Pawnfirst is awesome. The employees there are also great employees one of my favorite employees there is Patty, she is very attentive towards her customers. I am one of her customers and have been for quite a while . She always calls me by my name and makes me feel very comfortable, and never keeps me waiting. Patty is quite the little sales lady. First time in a Pawn shop, and I asked myself why I haven’t been to one before. Not sure if all Pawn shops have this much class but Pawn 1st had two amazing employees that were so very helpful and showed me amazing customer service. Left feeling like I got a great deal and would be comfortable in going back again and again.

Rosy provides great customer service, is knowledgeable about the value of a wide variety of items, and makes very fair offers for your items. I highly recommend both the shop generally and Rosy in particular any time you need some fast, no-hassle cash.

I’ve bought an authentic givenchy bag from here for a good price, I’ve also sold some luxury goods here and they offered me a reasonable price. Every time I go in they greet me with a friendly smile and everyone is so welcoming. This is the best pawn shop I’ve ever been to, NO EXAGGERATION! Saul helped me last time I came in and we had some good laughs as well and he helped me look around the store for some handbags. All in all, I’ve always had a 5 star experience here.
