Overall excellent experience and working with them couldn't have been smoother. The team were extremely prompt, answered all our questions, worked quickly to find us the best loan options (in my case a VA loan) and helped us close on our house. A few call outs to mention – Jacob, Loan Partner, took a large amount of time to speak to me on multiple occasions as the deal we worked on (short sale) had many complexities. Jacob was very consultative throughout the entire process. Highly recommend working with Jacob. Anita, Loan Processor, made working with underwriting very smooth and made a huge difference in processing and closing time. I would say overall the support staff is above grade as you have support for every process.

We ended up needing to move VERY fast on a home offer in SD, and Cross Country was able to pre qualify us within a matter of days and ensure our financing was in order so we were competitive as buyers. They were able to get us closed in three weeks in a very smooth process. We did end up with a financing issue post-close that could have been very frustrating, but the team elevated the problem to Scott right away and he and Justin worked with me personally to make sure it was resolved. Many lenders would not have been so accommodating once the transaction was closed. Thanks to everyone there for the help, and for getting us into our first home in San Diego!

When I’ve got in touch with Jacob Lowery, he was kind, very patient and knowledgable. I’ve told him that I wasn’t qualified through another mortgage company, and he immediately eased my mind and told me that he can try to see if any thing else can be done.
