Anthony and his loan processor Katrina were excellent. They were prompt in answering their phones when I called and answered our many questions, this included calls outside regular business hours. If they didn’t answer, they called back right away. They had everything set up to make it easy to send needed documents and process our loan quickly. We actually were going out of town during our scheduled close date. They worked with escrow to finish the deal about a week before schedule so we were able to leave on vacation without the worry of any closing issues or a delays that may have come up while we were gone...
