Very responsive and diligent team. I worked with them in 2 transactions as a first time homebuyer. First one was to be a 21 day close,.. and they kept up with the fast pace. I ended up backing out of that transaction. However, when I went forward on a second purchase, it ended up being an over 60 day close. I was able to see the team in a short term and a long term escrow, and they handled both excellently. As a first timer, there were a few times I was nervous an unsure and Danny was there to help assure me and put me at ease. He and his team did a great job of explaining what was happening and what I could expect next. I highly recommend Danny and his team.

Danny & his team are AMAZING! They are so friendly and responsive which is a HUGE step up from my previous home re-fi experiences. In the past, I would find a lender that was so responsive at the beginning trying to get my business, then once they got it I would not hear a word from them and constantly had to email or call to get any update on my loan. Any time I emailed, texted, or called Danny & his team I never had to wait very long, their response times were same day, and this is in a housing market where they are likely working VERY long hours. Javier from Danny's team was my main point of contact. He is so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and super communicative! Great experience all around with Danny and his team at intercap lending. Mortgage brokers are pretty much all the same. They’re primarily salespeople. They’ll tell you yes when they should tell you no and you’ll almost always wind up with some surprises at the end. That’s what I’ve always been told. But I got lucky on a referral to Danny Drysdale from a close friend (who seems to be in a new house deal every couple years). I was buying my first home and knew almost nothing about the lending process. From my first phone conversation with Danny, I was impressed and comfortable. I was never made to feel like I was taking up too much time and I always got solid explanations when I had questions. That was 4.5 years ago. Recently, I went right back to the Drysdale team for my refinance. I had a chance to work closely with both Danny and Javier and other members of the team. My refinance came with some technical challenges and this team was happy to get to work for me. This loan took a lot of extra push and pull and the Drysdale team worked as hard on it as I would have myself. These aren’t salespeople. These are attentive and very hard-working lending experts. If you’re looking for a team of mortgage brokers who won’t lose your details or leave you in the dark, do yourself a favor and give the Drysdale team a call. Outstanding service and professionalism. I was actually refinancing 2 different loans simultaneously and it honestly could not have been easier. Danny and the team went through different scenarios to find the most suitable terms for me, answered questions, and were extremely communicative throughout the whole process. The app made uploading documents extremely simple, and whenever I needed some direction they were quick to email an answer or point me in the right direction. 5 star experience for sure!
