I closed on my home on 12/20/21. I used Zachery Rhode as my loan officer. I have nothing but good things to say. Genuinely felt Zack had my families personal interest in mind and truly advised us in that manner. The level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism demonstrated by Zack far surpassed my expectations. As a first-time home buyer, I really appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the mortgage process. He stayed on top of every detail and was there for us every step of the way to answer any questions and address any concerns, and i had MANY questions and concerns at ALL HOURS! Wow! Where do I even begin with Derrick and his team!?!? We purchased a home in San Diego while my husband was deployed and myself and our family were in Hawaii! Even with the time difference, everything went more smoothly than I could have ever imagined! Derrick was so knowledgeable about the market and numbers game! He gave us different options with our VA loan to best suit our family. Anything that was needed and/or signed was extremely easy and convenient through their secured sites! Derrick is Very professional and knowledgeable and promptly responds to every questions I have. Really superb communication. Did not leave us till the end. As a first time buyer I didn’t know where to start or what to expect in the process of buying a home. I was also using my VA Home Loan benefit which I knew was going to be a different process than a conventional loan. Louis was always available to answer any and all my questions. Him and his team did a great job communicating with me and keeping me updated on what the next steps to expect. My experience as a first time home buyer couldn’t of been any smoother. I had a great experience purchasing my first home with Louis and his team!

100% recommend to everyone. Honestly the BEST experience I have had with a company. They make sure you get the best deal possible. The service and attention to detail was exceptional! Very professional, took care of everything in a very quick and efficient way. I was guided through the entire process and did not feel like just a number to Aligned Mortgage of California. They listened to my questions and answered them all in a quick and polite manner. I loved how as we advanced in our refinance all the emails I received had videos to confirm what stage of the refinance we were at and help to know what comes next. We are definitely doing business again with them !

Zach was great at with our Loan Paperwork. We contracted for a 21 day close and could have closed earlier as far as Loans/Lenders go. He kept us in the Loop and even checked to see if we had questions occasionally throughout the process.

First off, I never write reviews either good or bad. But I wanted to take the time to write this one as I felt it was important. i reached out to Derrick Evans at Aligned Mortgage when I was going through a very rough start to a divorce and needed someone I could trust. What I needed was someone who could be direct, honest, and good a communicating through a process that was time sensitive and would give me piece of mind. Derrick first took the time to make sure what i was doing made sense - he did not just do what I asked, he took the time to make sure what I was doing was right and treated the situation as if he were in my shoes. He was honest with me and prepared me for the possible volatility we could see in the market and the effects if could have. The whole team I worked with were professionals that knew we had to work fast and kept things moving. Derrick kept me calm, communicated when needed, and was constantly prepping me for next steps. Derrick also took the time to explain the process to my wife so that she could hear if first hand from a professional and know I was not doing something by the book - only a person who cares about clients will do that extra step. In the end, it was a quick and easy process that allowed me to refi when it looked like the odds were stacked against me.
