Safe Harbor doesn't have the ability to direct deposit funds into your account OR even issue a cashier's check. They will only write a regular business check. If you use them, expect a 7-10 business day hold on your check! I would recommend ANY other title company if you want your funds sooner. ***Update: While I can understand Safe Harbor's concerns about "cyber criminals" and sending a wire, issuing a cashier's check that can be processed quicker should have been an option.***

I would beware the use of this company by any means. They filed my deed of trust wrong more than once (The original and then the so called correction(s) of the recording) This mistake has held up the sale of my property for months and have now had to hire a Lawyer to help me straighten out the many wrongs this company has made. I would also say that the customer service in the front office is subpar as well. If you want to spend more money than necessary on your sale/closing I would choose this company .

Sold my home and used them on a recommendation from a very reputed realtor, boy was he right. The most painless title/closing experience ever, can't recommend them enough. Try them and you would not use anyone else to close your sale.

I stepped foot in this office only twice but each time they were pleasant, friendly, and all around welcoming. The young man that held my closing ceremony was especially humorous, warm, and kind. It was a very good experience.

I was concerned about using Safe Harbor Title for the purchase of my new home and the sale of my old home based on reviews I saw online. I was pleasantly surprised when I was greeted by Kenitra Newton and Lettie Stanley. Both transactions were completed accurately and in a timely manner. Both Kenitra and Lettie worked around our schedules. My husband and I were always treated in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend Kenitra or Lettie with Safe Harbor Title to anyone looking to close on a real estate transaction.

Don't expect any urgency or professional courtesy from this group. Expect to have to call to get the updates you were told you would receive and expect emails with cop-outs for why work is not completed at the time they said it would be. I especially appreciate when no one answers the phone when you call to complain, or when they do, the people you request to speak with are not available.

Very cheap company. Uses regular mail to send my property deed and insurance policy paperwork. And when these documents get lost in the mail. After being mailed 4 months later. There response was, were not the US Postal service!
