I cannot describe how unresponsive this institution is, I have called so many times, opened the chat up etc. And no response, I am on hold forever. I have multiple business accounts and personal accounts, and I am moving everything to Chase Bank because they answer my call in 30 seconds. Unlike Safe Credit Union. At Safe, I need account numbers, call id numbers, pin numbers all kinds of information to get connected with someone about my account. I personally see no value in credit unions and none in this one. Do I really have to walk into your branch to get something simple solved?
Hello Joel, Although we are experiencing higher than normal volume due to our recent upgrade, we do understand the importance of being able to speak to a representative as needed. Our website offers appointment times for a call back which you may find convenient to avoid having to visit a SAFE branch.

My initial visit inside your branch was fine. I was told I would get a follow up call and received none. I did my due diligence and called up twice during business hours and waited on hold for 13 minutes on one call and over 11 minutes on another call before I gave up. I also made the attempt to use your chat with no reply. I'm sure you do good work however your follow ups and communication abilities are extremely poor.

After a glitch on Safe's end that was time consuming and three days had passed since applying I called a number listed on the email sent to me to ask how much longer it was going to take for my application to be finished because I wanted to cash a check to fund savings account It took a total of 20 minutes and about 4 questions that I had just answered with who ever answered the call (as if they were not listening to my answers,) I also had to give them all my personal information to to get the answer of "well we have everything needed but the lady who is processing it went home (4:00pm when call started). 20 minutes and a headache for a non answer to my question. After that I received notification that Safe pulled my credit report to open a SAVINGS account . Of course the report cost me some points on my report just when I needed those points for an auto loan from another instititution. 19 years ago I had similar problems with Safe. I put that behind me in hopes the savings account would make life easeir for my estranged wife. Maybe I wil try again in another 19 years but I doubt it. I have learned my lesson

It would be nice if the ATM machine was faster, it makes me feel like a target for thieves like a sitting duck about to get snatched up!!

The staff is nice enough, as per just about any bank or C.U. But the atms are driving me crazy. I really needed to use it tonight to add funds. But I guess it's just not very important to keep their atms working all that much. This is the third time I have had difficulty in a two month time frame. It's time to do some ACTUAL maintenance SAFE. If you need to FIRE the atm company you're using and get a real one. I am pretty steamed. - one other time the atm was on, but REFUSED to take a deposit of crisp new cash (THAT CAME OUT OF THE SAME ATM!!!!) This is kind of silly. Three stars is seriously generous.

I’m a business owner and deposit millions of dollars every year. You would think they could have better customer service... the managers are the worst. They are just flat out rude and don’t seem to like their jobs. This branch has always been like this and Safe doesn’t do anything about it. Read the other reviews.

Unfriendly staff, ALWAYS a wait so I'm assuming that's why the staff are so unfriendly because they're understaffed and poorly managed. This will be my last time going into this branch, I will drive to the next closest branch not to have to deal with the poor service and long wait.

ATM is ancient and doesn’t work 80% of the time and the working 20% is slower than a sloth. It’s an inconvenient. I just want to deposit and go. #fixtheATM
