!!!!DONT GET SCAMMED!!!! I was looking to purchase a commercial vehicle and tried TopMark to do the funding. After several attempts to get financed. TopMark Funding could not meet the timeline I needed to finalize the purchase of the Semi I was in the process of purchasing. After finding another source of funding I found that TopMark Funding had charged my credit card twice once for $2500.00 which was for a deposit according to the doc and another charge of $11096.91 for 3 advance monthly payments for the lender that I never used. After reaching out to Steven Amirault at TopMark I was told that use those funds for another purchase in the future. DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY!!!! This company is dealing in bad faith. DO NOT USE BY ANY MEANS

Had a horrible experience with Blake Boyles and his manager Scott Boyle. In February we were looking into financing a trailer for $18,000.00. I wrote a complaint the other day which I no longer see? I want everyone to know what I went through so this won’t happen to anyone ever again. Buyer Beware! I had to give Blake Boyles 3 upfront payments totally $2072.97 and then I had to give a $995.00 processing fee? On 3/15/22 we find out that Millennium trailers is asking for $6000.00 deposit ? On top of a deposit of over $3000.00? Then to find out the trailer is not $18,000.00 it’s actually over $32,000.00. We cancel the trailer. I call TopMart funding asking for my three payments and processing fee return. Blake Boyles and Scott Boyle say no! We go back and forth! Then Blake calls back saying he was getting yelled out all day by his boss and will return the three payments but not the processing fee if I take down the complaint online. I asked for it all why should I pay for a processing fee when I am not getting an $18,000.00 loan. He said you have till today Friday 3/18/22 to let us know if you want your three payments returned. Giving me an ultimatum? What happened to customer service and doing the right thing? I want to know why was my complaint taken down? Better business bureau and NJ Banking and insurance have been notified. As it stands I don’t have a trailer and I am out over $3000.00.

Quite possibly one of the worst run businesses I've ever experienced. They poach you from Ryder acting like they can provide better service and better terms. ALL LIES. They have taken weeks to approve someone with Great credit and 10% down. We have to chase them for updates, and every 3 days, we are asked for MORE information. We have given them everything they asked for over the last few weeks, and they keep making excuses and delaying. Finally when we are at risk of losing the truck we found, we even offer to buy donuts and coffee for the office staff to motivate them. NOTHING. How is this providing a service?? Thankfully we found alternative financing with SUBSTANTIALLY better terms and they are funding in 3 business days. Dealing with Garrett and TopMark has been a seriously awful experience. Save yourself countless days/weeks and continuous demands and ultimately zero results. How can so many people be so bad at their jobs and the company is still functioning? Fascinating what a poorly run business this is. Poaching people for no apparent reason. Solely to waste their time, Bizarre.

10/10 For Startups I’ve been driving Trucks and trailers for 20 years, and taking the step of starting my own company was scary. I was hesitant at first but Top-Mark was an amazing company to work with. I worked with Kevin Graham, and he was an absolute lifesaver. Kevin as well as everyone else i dealt with explained everything to me in language I could understand. They were always very helpful with my questions or concerns, and funding was extremely fast and convenient. Not only was it a great experience, but I’ll continue to use them for all future business purchases. If you’re looking to get going and need the right financial company, Top Mark is it.

Thomas at Top Mark Funding was extremely helpful. I can say that this guy and company really know what they are doing. All questions were answered, he was available every time we needed him, patient with our crazy schedule, very happy. We had an issue with the first truck we "bought" through the dealership side and they tried to get funny on us. Thomas went to bat and fixed it right away. I think had it not been Topmark, we would probably still be battling the dealership. Thomas was able to get us into another truck (ended up being a much better buy) quickly and easily. What I appreciate most was that I felt like I was important, not just another sales for them. This is a large purchase, some peoples homes cost this much, I didn't have time to play games, glad they are straight shooters over there.

Wow!! I recently purchased a truck and trailer from Trevor McCoy with Top Mark. He completely went out of his way to get me the deal of a lifetime. Not only did he go out of way to get the deal approved, but he was there throughout the whole process. He always answered all my calls regardless of the time. I will definitely be doing business with him again in the near future.

TopMark Funding has very professional personnel. I worked closely with Thomas Battistella and he is very knowledgeable in financial products. He is polite, very professional and he was steadfast in a quest to obtain funding for my business equipment. I am grateful he was there for me.

This company took my money and will not give it back. I used them to finance a truck from Ryder. They had me signing stuff and never explained in details. NEVER mentioned interest rate even when I asked Blake talked around it. He did everything he could to get my information and charged my credit card for over $8,000. The amount he initially mentioned was not the charge. In the end I could not check everything off the list for final approval due to them pushing through paperwork that did not match the FMCSA and I could not insure the truck. I made that known and requested a refund even if it came with a penalty. He told me they were going to hold my money for a year and I could use it later. I don't want to use it with them later I want my money back and go about the whole process the correct way that was explained to me. These people are scammers. The terms of the contract was not explained to me just hurry and sign the papers. I do not advise no one to use these people but if you do make sure everything is in writing and explained. The rep at Ryder states I should have gotten a full refund but TopMark holding my money hostage and I can't get the truck or insured. I just want my money back.

If I could give this sham zero stars I would. Art Thompson was my lender, told my business we were approved for a loan....we moved forward making purchases under this assumption...later we were told that we were no longer approved with absolutely no explanation , even after they took money towards our loan. Best advice, stay clear of this place....hope this helps another who is just trying to make it....

We just completed the purchase of our Peterbilt 579 with James Wilson from Top Mark Funding, I am more than happy with how it went, from day one James was there to help us, not once did he ever try to push us into a financial deal or something we didn't want. He showed us every option with numbers and facts and let us decide what was the best fit for us in our situation. He had a lot of patients working with us, answering every phone call, email and question we had along the way. I really enjoyed working with Thomas Battistella he is attenuative and very even toned and nice. He is responsive when you call him and he keeps you updated from the beginning to the end and after the deal completes, he is the same exact way very responsive. We decided to do every deal we have with him. We just purchased our first trailer after he assisted us with our fir tractor truck and he gave options and made our experience less stressful.
